Backed by leading investors and collaborating with top universities, NeuralTrust operates at the intersection of cybersecurity and AI. 🥷 What You will do As Controller (FP&A), you will play a central role in managing the company’s financial performance, driving planning processes, and ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will: • Define and lead financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning., • Own financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness., • Prepare investor reporting and board materials, supporting fundraising and strategic discussions., • Build and maintain financial models to guide decision-making and scenario analysis., • Define, track, and supervise company KPIs across teams (sales, marketing, product, etc)., • Drive internal performance control, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement., • Build scalable processes, tools, and automations for financial operations. ⭐️ About You We’re looking for a high-potential finance profile with strong analytical capabilities and a hands-on mindset. • At least 2 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or similar roles in startups/scaleups., • Strong financial modelling skills in Excel., • Strong understanding of financial reporting., • Strong business judgment and data-driven mindset., • Fluent in English., • Eager to work in an intense, fast-paced startup environment., • Strong hands-on execution capabilities., • Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona, Spain (hybrid role). ✨ Benefits • Competitive salary aligned with your experience and impact., • Flexible compensation plan (transport, restaurants, baby daycare…)., • Hybrid remote flexibility (work part of the week remotely, with periods of full remote)., • The latest tools and tech to do your job., • High growth opportunity.
