What You'll Do The Accountant reports to the Director of Finance and assists with all Finance-related duties and the administration of the assigned country suppliers. The accountant will be also responsible for filing and performing a wide range of clerical duties to support the Finance and the Operations department. Si desea saber un poco más sobre esta oportunidad, o está considerando presentar su candidatura, por favor, lea la siguiente información del puesto. • A-Z accounting - including accounting entries and bridge of US/local standards for the German legal entity and any other entity which may be assigned, • Processing invoicing and payments of the company as well as dealing with general office related suppliers, • Bank Cheque issuer / Bank Reconciliations, • Performing KPI analysis, • Expense reports control and survey, together with the employee balance for expenses, • University degree in accounting with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, • Verbal and written fluency in English and German. Any skills in another European language are a benefit., • General office administration knowledge, including working in an office environment and operation of basic office equipment., • You are someone detail oriented and enthusiastic able to communicate positively and in a helpful manner to build excellent internal and external customer service relationships., • You are someone organized with the ability to file documents in an orderly fashion and manage different priorities timely and accurately.
