En Wamos Air seguimos creciendo y buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo a un/a Auditor/a de Control de Conformidad CAMO/145, una posición clave para garantizar la excelencia operativa, la seguridad y el cumplimiento normativo en todas nuestras operaciones. 📌 Funciones y responsabilidades principales Cumplimiento normativo • Verificación del cumplimiento de normativa, estándares aplicables y procedimientos internos., • Colaboración en el programa anual de auditorías e inspecciones., • Elaboración de listas de chequeo., • Realización de auditorías e inspecciones., • Auditorías de requisitos IOSA (ISARPS)., • Gestión de discrepancias detectadas. Gestión de acciones correctoras y preventivas • Notificación de no conformidades a responsables de departamento., • Seguimiento de acciones correctoras y preventivas., • Evaluación de la efectividad de mejoras implantadas. Control de contratistas, subcontratistas y proveedores (CAMO/145) • Aprobación y control de contratistas y proveedores., • Auditorías a contratistas, subcontratistas y proveedores. Control documental CAMO/145 • Desarrollo y actualización de manuales y procedimientos. Gestión de la formación CAMO/145 • Impartir formación en procedimientos de compañía., • Desarrollo y supervisión de contenidos formativos., • Control y aprobación de convocatorias de formación. Lo que harás Formarás parte del equipo de administración y finanzas, dando apoyo en tareas clave para el buen funcionamiento del área: • Contabilización analítica de facturas de proveedores y acreedores., • Conciliación bancaria y revisión de cuentas de clientes y proveedores., • Revisión de facturas en el SII (Suministro Inmediato de Información)., • Preparación de remesas de pago y seguimiento de su ejecución., • Colaboración en cierres contables mensuales y revisión de cuentas., • Tramitación y justificación de subvenciones y ayudas autonómicas (ferias, etc.)., • Gestión de impuestos y notificaciones junto a asesorías externas., • Apoyo en autorizaciones de despachos aduaneros para importaciones y expedición de certificados de origen., • Seguimiento del cronograma de pagos (Gantt) a proveedores., • Revisión de incidencias en conectores y procesos internos., • Apoyo en gestión de fichajes, vacaciones y formación en prevención de riesgos laborales. Lo que buscamos • Formación en Administración, Contabilidad, ADE o similar., • Nivel alto de Excel (imprescindible)., • Inglés B2, • Experiencia o familiaridad con Odoo o entornos ERP similares., • Alta capacidad de organización, atención al detalle y ganas de aprender., • Proactividad y capacidad para trabajar en equipo en un entorno de crecimiento.
