We are dedicated to developing cutting-edge surgical technologies. /p pAs we continue to grow our business, we are looking for a financial controller to join our team and bring financial discipline, strategic insight, and management control to support our next stage of growth. /p h3Your mission /h3 pReporting directly to the executive team, you will safeguard the company’s financial health by providing robust financial control, strategic analysis, and clear business visibility. /p pWe are looking for a proactive professional who enjoys combining financial analysis with a practical business mindset in a fast-growing technology company. You will become the company’s internal reference for finance and accounting, ensuring reliable financial management while supporting decision‑making, cash management, and sustainable business growth. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liOversee accounting operations, monthly closing processes, reconciliations, and financial statements. /li liManage cash flow and liquidity planning, as well as accounts payable and receivable. Monitor the company’s cash burn. /li liCoordinate with external accounting and tax advisors to ensure compliance with tax obligations and employee expense management. /li liPrepare annual budgets, monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and deliver reports to founders and investors. /li liSupport equity fundraising processes through financial modeling, investor reporting, and data room preparation. /li liSecure bank financing, credit facilities, and alternative debt instruments. /li /ul h3bNice to have /b /h3 pExperience with: /p ul liPublic grants and subsidy management. /li liRD funding programs and tax incentives. /li liCapitalization of RD projects. /li liExposure to corporate taxation. /li /ul h3What we’re looking for /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent. /li liMaster’s degree in Auditing is a plus. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liMinimum 2 years of experience in auditing, accounting or financial control. /li liSolid experience in accounting and treasury management. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liStrong organizational and planning skills. /li liAnalytical mindset. /li liHigh level of autonomy and ownership. /li liAbility to work in a fast-paced and growing environment. /li /ul h3Valuable Experience /h3 ul liStartups or technology-based companies. /li liAdvanced Excel skills. /li liExperience working with ERP systems. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liA position with real growth opportunities. /li liCompetitive salary: b€33,000–€50,000 gross/year /b, depending on experience. /li liPrivate health insurance. /li liImmediate start in an innovative MedTech company with real societal impact. /li liFlexible working hours and hybrid working model. /li liYoung, multidisciplinary and highly collaborative international team. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
