The role You own the path from research to finished ad: build the target avatar, find the angle, write the copy, brief the creators who make it, then read the data to decide whats next. Across several brands and markets. What youll do • Research the audience and build target avatars - pains, desires, beliefs, objections - then turn them into angles for paid social (Meta, TikTok ads), • Write copy that converts: ads, advertorials, landing pages, UGC scripts, • Run every creative as a testable hypothesis, • Brief and direct UGC creators, editors, and designers What were looking for • 2-4 years in creative strategy, performance marketing, or direct-response copywriting (DTC/e-commerce), • A researcher at heart - you build avatars from real evidence, not guesses, • A strong copywriter who writes to sell, not just to sound clever, • Hands-on with paid ads, especially Meta - you know what makes an ad convert, • Can read the core metrics (hook rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and act on them, • Fluent English Location Remote within Europe.
