Within its Spanish and European business, Otelo is looking for a business developer in charge of developing a successful business in all market sectors with a special focus in Water, Renewables Energy and Utility and Environment. To take a leading role in ensuring together with the local area the growth of profitable revenue in these specific market sectors, customers and products. **What Otelo offers ** · Attractive Salary according to experience and role - i.e 28,000 – 35,000 euros per year

· Work with high-impact and ethically driven businesses. Job Accountabilities/Key Responsibilities · To deliver area revenue for the sectors in charge.
· Responsible for identifying and developing value added opportunities that may fall outside a typical commodity business within defined market sectors.
· Follow market trends of the sectors and advise on appropriate sales approach and propositions to the market.
· Create and maintain relationships at key levels with selected customers and accounts.
· Take an active and leading role in lead generation, customer visits, technical responses and contract negotiations.
· Recognize and coordinate the Otelo resources to best address the customer opportunities.
· Create and maintain relationships at key levels with selected customers and accounts. Person Specification/Job Requirements · Minimum 3-4 years of B2B sales experience.
· Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle.
· Experience in market development from scratch.
· Proficient in engaging with CEOs and Directors.
· Strong negotiation skills with large B2B companies.
· Track record of achieving profitable sales revenues.
· Excellent presentation and communication skills.
· Preferably with an engineering or scientific background.
· High level of personal integrity and IT literacy.
· Experience in international companies.
