Your main objective will be to help rent out available rooms and apartments as efficiently as possible. Responsibilities: Assist in the daily management of reservation operations and booking systems. Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and online reservation platforms in a professional and timely manner. Maintain accurate guest records, preferences, VIP profiles, and special requests. Support table allocation strategies to optimize restaurant occupancy while preserving service standards. Coordinate closely with the Host, Reception, and Management teams to ensure smooth guest flow. Monitor waitlists, cancellations, and last-minute reservation adjustments. Assist in training and supervising reservation and host staff when required. Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and luxury hospitality protocols. Prepare daily reservation reports and provide operational insights to management.

Responsabilidades principales: • Gestionar la contabilidad general, incluyendo balances y cierres contables., • Controlar la tesorería, realizar conciliaciones bancarias y gestionar pagos., • Presentar impuestos y gestionar la fiscalidad (IVA, IRPF, IS, SII)., • Mantener la relación con entidades financieras y proporcionar asesoramiento financiero., • Supervisar el control contable de operaciones de exportación, importación y ventas online/offline., • Gestionar aspectos contables relacionados con transporte y logística. Requisitos: • Formación universitaria en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Administración de Empresas o similar. Se valorarán estudios de posgrado o certificaciones profesionales., • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en un puesto similar., • Dominio avanzado de Excel y conocimientos de herramientas contables y ERP como Odoo, Holded, SAP, A3 o similares.
