Support table allocation strategies to optimize restaurant occupancy while preserving service standards. Coordinate closely with the Host, Reception, and Management teams to ensure smooth guest flow. Monitor waitlists, cancellations, and last-minute reservation adjustments. Assist in training and supervising reservation and host staff when required. Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and luxury hospitality protocols. Prepare daily reservation reports and provide operational insights to management.
