Le Bistro is a small French Bistro in La Lonja. The menu is based on French bistro food with high flavors like Oysters, Beef Minute, Fish Soup or Moule Frites. The wine is from Mallorca and France. We are currently looking for a dedicated chef to join our Team. The restaurant has around 40 seats and we serve a la carte menu for both hotel quests and other guests. Passion is key to our success; we want our chefs to be enthusiastic with a passion for modern international food. We use local produce, preferably organic, and are careful when choosing our suppliers. You will be helping the Head chef in all the task required for a daily a la cart service , the prep for the next day and providing the staff lunch. Previous experience in a similar role is preferable.
