ppDeusto Business School at the University of Deusto invites applications for a full‑time faculty position (bTeaching and Research Staff – PDI /b) in the field of bDigitalization, Business Analytics and Information Systems /b to join the Department of Management – Strategy and Information Systems Area at the Bilbao Campus. /p pThis position offers an excellent opportunity to combine teaching and research activities, participate in the design and implementation of academic programmes at undergraduate, master’s and executive levels, and contribute to research and knowledge transfer. /p pThe successful candidate is expected to play an active role in the academic, research and institutional development of Deusto Business School in alignment with its strategic priorities. /p h3Functions /h3 ul liTeaching undergraduate courses related to Information Systems, Digital Economy and Digital Business, in Spanish and English. Also teaching at postgraduate level, particularly in Business Analytics programmes, as well as contributing to other master’s programmes aligned with digitalization and information systems. /li liTeaching in Executive Education programmes related to digital transformation, analytics, artificial intelligence and information systems. /li liContributing to the design, development and launch of new academic programmes (undergraduate, master’s and executive education) in the fields of digitalization, business analytics and information systems. /li liAssuming academic leadership and management responsibilities in postgraduate programmes. Also might lead platforms or chairs focused on artificial intelligence and digitalization, particularly linked to executive education and external engagement. /li liConducting high‑quality research with the objective of publishing in internationally recognised academic journals. /li liPromoting and participating in knowledge transfer activities, applied research projects and collaboration with companies and institutions. /li liEngaging in academic coordination, management and service activities within the Department and Deusto Business School. /li /ul h3Offer /h3 pDedication: Full‑time (100%) /p pContract type: Exclusive /p pAcademic category: bAssociate Professor /b (or equivalent) /p pbInternational Mobility Support: /b In the case of an international appointment, the University of Deusto will provide institutional support for relocation and initial settlement, in accordance with its internal policies, in order to facilitate the candidate’s integration into the academic and professional environment. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liPhD in Management, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related disciplines. /li liTeaching and research profile aligned with digitalization, business analytics and information systems. /li liAbility to teach in English and Spanish, which are the working languages of the position. /li liDemonstrated research potential and commitment to academic excellence. Experience or strong potential in programme development and academic management. /li liInterest in executive education and applied, impact‑oriented activities.
