ph3About Omada Identity /h3 pOmada Identity is a leading cloud-based Identity Governance and Administration platform. We help enterprises ensure that the right people and the right non-human identities have the right access to the right resources, at the right time. /p pAlicante, Spain /p pHybrid, Permanent /p h3About the Team and the Mission /h3 pYou will join a newly established team built to own Omada's Non-Human Identity product line. NHIs — agentic AI identities, machine identities, service accounts, and workloads — now outnumber humans 144:1 in modern enterprises and are growing roughly 44% per year. Governing them is becoming a deal‑blocker in competitive evaluations. Omada has a working prototype already in customer hands. /p pYour mission is to turn that prototype into a product that customers adopt, renew, and expand. That means getting to production‑grade — secure, scalable, multi‑tenant, CI/CD‑managed — and then building the evidence that the market wants: adoption data, customer outcomes, and pipeline influence. /p pWe work in a fully agentic SDLC. AI‑assisted development is the default working mode across the team, end to end. Stories, design, implementation, review, and testing all leverage AI agents. We expect candidates to bring real experience with agentic development, not just curiosity. /p pThis is a foundational opportunity. You will join early enough to shape the team, the technical direction, and the working practices that will scale with the product. /p h3About the Role /h3 pAs Product Manager for Non‑Human Identity, you own the product — from backlog to business outcomes. You report to Omada's Director of Product Management and partner with the Engineering Manager as a peer. /p pThis is not a delivery‑only role. You define what success looks like for the NHI product, track whether it is happening, and make the calls needed to change course when it is not. You own the roadmap, the metrics, and the narrative. /p pDuring the initial bridge phase, the bridging team's Product Owners partner with you on knowledge transfer. From day one, you own the NHI product end‑to‑end. /p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liOwn the product backlog — refine, prioritize, and keep it ready for the team. /li liTranslate Omada's NHI strategy into a sequenced delivery plan — from early access to production‑ready to long‑term roadmap. /li liDefine and track the metrics that matter — product adoption, customer health, retention, expansion, and pipeline contribution. Make these visible to leadership. /li liMake trade‑off calls — what gets hardened first, when multi‑tenancy moves from stretch to commitment, what is safe to defer. /li liWork closely with Customer Success to understand how customers are using the product, where they succeed, and where they stall. Feed that back into prioritization. /li liPartner with Marketing and Sales to ensure the product story is grounded in real outcomes. Contribute to positioning, pricing input, and competitive response — but lead with what the product actually does. /li liCoordinate with Omada's wider Product organization to keep NHI aligned with the broader Omada Identity Cloud roadmap. /li liRun sprint planning, refinement, and reviews in close partnership with the Engineering Manager. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liProven experience as a Product Manager or a Product Owner on a B2B SaaS product, including backlog ownership, roadmap accountability, and direct collaboration with engineering. /li liExperience defining and tracking product metrics — adoption, retention, expansion, NPS, or equivalent. You know which numbers signal a healthy product and which signal trouble. /li liStrong technical literacy. You can hold a credible conversation with senior engineers about architectural trade‑offs, even if you don't write production code. /li liComfort with the ambiguity of an early product. You write things down clearly, make decisions with incomplete information, and revisit them when new information arrives. /li liA track record of working across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing without being pulled purely into reactive mode. You can say no thoughtfully and explain why. /li liExperience with agile/scrum, backlog refinement, and the discipline of keeping a backlog actually ready rather than aspirationally ready. /li liExperience working in or alongside a team that uses agentic development. You need to understand how the working model shapes story refinement, definition of done, and sprint capacity — even if you don't write code. /li liExcellent written and spoken English. /li liRight to work in Spain, or eligibility for relocation to Alicante. /li /ul h3Bonus /h3 ul liIdentity Governance, IAM, or security domain experience — even at a working‑knowledge level. /li liFamiliarity with non‑human identity concepts: service accounts, machine identities, agentic AI identities, secret management. /li liExperience with multi‑tenant SaaS products and the prioritization complexity that comes with tenant isolation, onboarding automation, and per‑tenant capabilities. /li liPrior involvement in taking a product from prototype to production. You understand the temptation to keep adding features and the discipline required to harden first. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liFull product ownership of a brand‑new product line — high autonomy, high visibility, and accountability for outcomes, not just delivery. /li liA hybrid working setup based at our Alicante office. /li liDirect exposure to customers, the active sales pipeline, and Omada's product leadership. /li liA team built for cloud‑native, multi‑tenant, AI‑assisted development. You will be a peer of senior engineers, not a downstream client. /li liCompetitive compensation and benefits — details shared by our Talent Acquisition team during the process. /li /ul h3Why Omada /h3 pOur vision is simple and ambitious: to secure the world’s identities. Omada is a fast‑growing global cybersecurity software company headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, with offices across Europe and the US. Our RD organization is growing fast, and we’re investing heavily in how we build and ship — which means real scope, real ownership, and the room to shape quality across the entire engineering organization. /p pYou’ll work in an informal, agile organization with a flat structure, alongside passionate experts who are genuinely good at what they do. We follow a flexible hybrid model – the team comes together in the office around three days a week, with flexibility around the rest. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
