Are you a User Experience Designer ready to shape the foundation of scalable product experiences? We are expanding our team and have a thrilling job opportunity for a User Experience Designer who will drive the evolution, adoption, and governance of our design system while working on international projects for global clients. Own and evolve the design system libraries in Figma, ensuring clarity, quality, and scalability • Define, maintain, and implement design tokens using Token Studio (or similar tools) • Partner with developers to connect design tokens and components to code • Ensure consistency and adoption of the design system across products and platforms • Work on experiences that increase the value and usability of the design system • Strong background in product design or UX with deep expertise in design systems • Fluent English • Advanced proficiency in Figma (libraries, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, documentation) • Hands-on experience in managing design tokens (Token Studio or similar) • Understanding of multi-platform ecosystems (Web, iOS, Android, and specialized UIs) • Familiarity with component-to-code workflows (React or similar), and collaboration with developers •
