Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast‑paced, confidential transaction environment are essential. /p pThe role reports directly to the Transaction PMO and requires close coordination with internal corporate functions and external financial, legal, technical, and tax advisors. /p pbKey Responsibilities: /b /p pbTransaction Documentation Management /b /p ul liPrepare, organize, and maintain all transaction‑related documentation, including information memoranda, management presentations, QA logs, due diligence trackers, and Board/investment committee materials. /li liEnsure proper version control, naming conventions, and document governance throughout the transaction lifecycle. /li liSupport the preparation of investment proposals, approval papers, and other governance documents for internal and external audiences. /li liCoordinate the timely collection and consolidation of inputs from multiple internal departments and advisors. /li /ul pbAdvisor Team Coordination /b /p ul liAct as the day‑to‑day coordination point between the Transaction PMO and external advisors (financial, legal, technical, tax, and other specialists). /li liSchedule and facilitate working group meetings and calls; prepare agendas, distribute materials, and track action items and follow‑ups. /li liEnsure alignment and timely delivery of advisor outputs against transaction milestones and decision gates. /li liCoordinate across internal functions including Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, Tax, and Operations. /li /ul pbProgramme Activity Control /b /p ul liDevelop and maintain a detailed, integrated transaction programme covering all workstreams, milestones, and critical path activities. /li liMonitor progress against the transaction timeline, proactively identify delays or blockers, and escalate risks to the Transaction PMO. /li liMaintain a live issues and actions log, ensuring accountability and visibility across the transaction team. /li liPrepare regular status updates, transaction dashboards, and programme reports for senior management. /li /ul pbBudget Management Cost Control /b /p ul liTrack and monitor all transaction‑related costs, including advisor fees, external expenses, and internal resource allocation. /li liPrepare budget forecasts, variance analyses, and periodic cost reports for the Transaction PMO and senior management. /li liReview and process fee proposals, engagement letters, and invoices in coordination with the Finance function. /li liSupport compliance with internal budget approval and expenditure governance procedures. /li /ul pbVirtual Data Room (VDR) Management /b /p ul liSet up, structure, and maintain the Virtual Data Room, ensuring proper organization, indexing, and access controls. /li liCoordinate the uploading, categorization, and version management of all documents within the VDR. /li liManage the QA process, tracking incoming requests from counterparties and ensuring timely and accurate responses from the relevant internal teams or advisors. /li liMaintain an audit trail of all VDR activity and ensure compliance with confidentiality and information protocols. /li /ul pbReporting Investment Proposals /b /p ul liPrepare investment committee materials, including investment proposals, financial summaries, risk assessments, and deal rationale presentations. /li liProduce regular management updates and progress reports on the transaction status, key milestones, and outstanding workstreams. /li liContribute to the preparation of presentations and briefing materials for senior management, investors, and governance bodies. /li liEnsure all reporting materials are accurate, consistent, and delivered on time. /li /ul pbQualifications: /b /p ul liBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Law, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred). /li liUp to 5 years of relevant professional experience in project management, MA transactions, corporate development, project finance, infrastructure tendering/bid management, or related fields. /li liDemonstrated exposure to complex transactional processes including due diligence, information memoranda, investment proposals, and financing documentation. /li liExperience working within or alongside infrastructure concession businesses, regulated assets, transport infrastructure, or similar project‑financed environments strongly valued. /li liFamiliarity with Virtual Data Room (VDR) platforms and transaction document management systems. /li liExperience supporting investment committee or governance approval processes is a plus. /li liFluent in English;
