We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Product Specialist (Cardio or Endovascular) to join our innovation team at our site in Sant Vicenç dels Horts (Barcelona). Your mission: responsible for the development and implementation of the products under responsibility on a technical/scientific-commercial level. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Performing product demonstrations for customers, staff, and other stakeholders, • Collaborating and strategizing with the MKT, commercial and R+D teams., • Working with sales leaders and sales representatives to increase prospects and drive closure of opportunities., • Providing training to all sales team members on strategy and product offerings to ensure the effective implementation of product strategies., • Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required., • Providing pricing market knowledge to define market approach strategy., • Attending workshops and refresher courses in sales and marketing., • Conducting thorough market research, which may include taking surveys, doing desktop research, sending emails and making calls., • Planning and assisting with new product releases and events., • Scheduling training sessions and attending meetings as required., • Identifying new market opportunities and relaying this information to the Manager and other relevant stakeholders., • Bachelors Degree in health., • Minimum 3 years of selling experience in the medical device market., • Articulate and able to perform demonstrations that engage and inspire., • Deadline-driven., • Superb verbal and written communication skills, • A strong growth mindset., • Spanish and English high level (C1)., • Excellent organizational skills., • Strong presentation skills., • Permanent and stable contract in a project with high global impact and expanding internationally., • Professional and personal development in a vibrant, dynamic, and youthful environment., • Competitive salary tailored to your experience, along with an attractive benefits package., • Flexible working hours to support a healthy work-life balance., • Flexible compensation (meal vouchers, transportation, and childcare assistance)., • Access to our iWellness program: gym and physiotherapist on site., • Corporate events and gifts. xcskxlj, • Subsidized on-site company cafeteria.
