Spain Sales Leader | Anker Innovations We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Leader to head our commercial operations in Spain. This is a senior leadership role for a results-oriented professional ready to shape our go-to-market strategy, lead a high-performing sales team, and accelerate Anker's growth across one of our key European markets. Key Responsibilities • Lead, develop, and inspire the Spain sales team, setting clear goals and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with Anker's values., • Own the overall commercial strategy for Spain, defining priorities across key retail partners, channels, and customer segments to drive sustainable revenue growth., • Build and manage senior-level relationships with top-tier retail partners and key accounts, acting as the primary commercial point of contact at strategic level., • Lead high-stakes commercial negotiations on pricing, promotions, trading terms, and supply agreements to maximize Net Sales and Operational Profit., • Define and execute annual business plans and promotional strategies in alignment with regional KPIs and revenue targets., • Drive cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Product Management, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure seamless execution., • Oversee sales forecasting, budget management, and performance analysis, translating data insights into actionable strategies., • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer dynamics to identify growth opportunities and anticipate risks., • Represent Anker at key industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings across Spain., • Proven track record in a senior sales or commercial leadership role, ideally within consumer electronics or a related fast-moving industry., • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team., • Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment., • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills at senior level., • Data-driven approach to decision-making with strong commercial and financial acumen., • Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
