End-to-End Application Management: Full ownership of the Mendix application lifecycle, encompassing business requirements analysis, solution design, development, deployment, and continuous maintenance, including troubleshooting, performance optimization, and third-level support. Quality Assurance & Documentation: Responsibility for comprehensive testing (unit, integration, UAT), creating and maintaining essential technical documentation, user manuals, and delivering effective training to end-users and support teams. Strategic Contribution & Integration: Support product strategy, design business scenarios, evaluate enhancements, and ensure seamless integration of Mendix applications with various internal and external systems, notably SAP. Profile & Skills: A Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, with 5+ years in software development and significant Mendix application experience, alongside fluent English. Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with an Agile mindset.
