technically ready for daily deployment, testing, commercial operations, and autonomous ride‑hailing services. /li liConduct detailed vehicle inspections to support fleet readiness, vehicle uptime, and operational safety. /li liDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software‑related vehicle issues. /li liSupport maintenance workflows for high-availability autonomous vehicle fleets operating in shift‑based or 24/7 environments. /li /ul h3bAdvanced Diagnostics Repair /b /h3 ul liPerform advanced diagnostics on EV platforms, ADAS systems, autonomous driving hardware, and electric vehicle systems, including high‑voltage batteries, charging systems, inverters, and electric drivetrains. /li liFollow strict high‑voltage safety procedures when performing diagnostics, repairs, and component replacements. /li liSupport charging readiness and EV fleet availability in coordination with depot operations. /li liIdentify risks related to EV systems and elevate safety concerns immediately. /li /ul h3bAutonomous Driving Hardware Support /b /h3 ul liSupport installation, inspection, and replacement of autonomous vehicle hardware components. /li liAssist with checks related to cameras, LiDAR, radar, compute units, wiring harnesses, sensor mounts, and related vehicle systems. /li liCoordinate with SDS Specialists when issues involve the self‑driving system, sensor calibration, or autonomous driving software. /li liEnsure autonomous driving hardware remains properly installed, clean, functional, and ready for operation. /li /ul h3bSoftware Updates Technical Validation /b /h3 ul liPerform vehicle software updates, configuration changes, and validation checks according to defined procedures. /li liSupport post‑repair testing to confirm vehicle functionality before returning the vehicle to robotaxi operations. /li liVerify that repairs and maintenance actions do not impact vehicle safety, operational readiness, or autonomous system performance. /li liMaintain accurate service records, diagnostic reports, and repair documentation. /li /ul h3bShift Leadership Team Support /b /h3 ul liAct as the technical lead during assigned shifts when required. /li liProvide guidance and escalation support to junior technicians, depot teams, and fleet operations staff. /li liSupport training of new technicians on vehicle maintenance procedures, safety standards, and operational workflows. /li liCollaborate with Operations Leads to prioritize vehicle repairs and reduce fleet downtime. /li /ul h3bOperational Excellence /b /h3 ul liHelp improve maintenance processes, vehicle turnaround time, and fleet reliability. /li liSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to fleet maintenance, depot operations, and autonomous vehicle deployment. /li liMaintain a clean, organized, and safe technical workspace within the depot. /li liEnsure all work is completed according to safety procedures, quality standards, and customer requirements. /li /ul h3bEssential /b /h3 ul liMinimum 5+ years of hands‑on experience as an automotive technician, service technician, EV technician, or diagnostic technician. /li liStrong experience with automotive diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair. /li liGood understanding of electrical and electronic vehicle systems. /li liExperience using diagnostic tools, service software, and technical repair documentation. /li liAbility to follow strict technical procedures and safety protocols. /li liStrong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. /li liAbility to work independently under pressure in a fast‑paced operational environment. /li liComfortable working in shift‑based operations, including evenings, weekends, or 24/7 fleet environments when required. /li liUpper‑Intermediate English. /li /ul h3bStrongly Preferred /b /h3 ul liExperience working with electric vehicles, high‑voltage systems, or modern EV platforms. /li liHigh‑voltage certification or EV liExperience supporting fleet maintenance, ride‑hailing fleets, mobility services, or commercial vehicle operations. /li liGerman, French, Spanish, Dutch, or other European languages depending on
