Join Fever as the Global Production Director – Immersive Exhibitions & Kids Attractions. As part of Fever Originals, you will use data and insights to produce one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments. The Global Production Director – Immersive Exhibitions & Kids Attractions will lead and advance the planning, execution, and operational excellence of immersive exhibitions and kids-focused attractions worldwide. This role requires flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while staying within budget. The Production Director will oversee multidisciplinary teams, standardize best practices, and ensure consistent quality across diverse markets and formats. You will be the key production authority for the vertical—setting quality benchmarks, streamlining processes, and ensuring a consistent, engaging, and safe audience experience across all geographies. • Develop and execute production strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives., • Partner with cross-functional teams to set project goals, timelines, and budgets., • Conduct feasibility studies for potential markets and venues, assessing resources, costs, and operational impacts., • Create phased expansion roadmaps with rollout priorities., • Lead and develop production teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Establish and implement standardized production processes to maintain consistency and quality across various project types and geographies., • Act as a key decision-maker for high-stakes issues related to technical requirements, resource allocation, and venue/vendor selection., • Assess current workflows and provide alternatives or improvements to enhance project delivery., • Provide tools, resources, and guidance to regional producers., • Monitor budget trends and identify savings opportunities., • Ensure streamlined communication and reporting between regional and global teams., • Oversee the standardisation of venue feasibility assessments, ensuring locations meet technical and operational requirements., • Become the central point of assessment for venue adaptations, including layout, materials, HVAC, and infrastructure modifications., • Work closely with local producers to streamline venue validation and approval., • Support local teams in navigating permitting processes., • Standardize playbook deployment across all sites and partnerships., • Share learnings between operative sites and new developments to introduce efficiencies to mitigate risks., • Coordinate vendor relationships and technology requirements across regions., • Establish and uphold creative and operational quality standards for all projects., • Conduct regular reviews to ensure deliverables meet creative and operational benchmarks., • Gather and analyze feedback post-delivery to drive continuous improvement and document best practices for future projects., • Develop frameworks for efficient equipment handling, transport, and setup., • Oversee asset tracking and optimize usage across projects., • Maintain a strong network of contacts and suppliers., • Develop guiding principles and value optimisation for production budgets, ensuring consistency throughout local implementation., • Partner with Finance to report on expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure projects meet financial goals., • Align spending with strategic objectives, implementing controls to avoid overspending without compromising quality., • Stay up to date with industry standards in exhibitions and family attractions., • Implement proven best practices in production and operations to maintain efficiency, safety, and consistency across projects., • Successful and timely delivery of all projects within scope and budget., • Positive feedback from stakeholders and partners., • Consistent execution quality across different regions., • Cost optimisations and resource efficiency., • Development and retention of global production talent., • 10+ years of production leadership in Location Based Entertainment., • Successful track record of production management of live events, immersive experiences, and/or permanent attractions., • Proven success managing multi-region projects from concept to delivery., • Strong knowledge of technical production, fabrication, installation, and safety compliance., • Experience in vendor negotiations, managing production budgets, and handling permitting, rules, and regulations., • Ability to balance creative vision with operational feasibility., • Strong leadership and team-building skills; proven ability to mentor and motivate cross-cultural teams., • Strong network of vendors and venues., • Curious, with an appetite for learning and ability to pick up new skills quickly., • Able to communicate with various stakeholders, working collaboratively and willing to be hands-on., • Exceptional problem-solving skills and resilience under pressure., • Professional fluency in English; Spanish is a plus., • Willingness to travel internationally and work across time zones., • 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences, • Work in the centre of the city with opportunities to travel, • Responsibility from day one and professional and personal growth and the opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader, • Health and dental Insurance, • Wellhub membership, • Flexible remuneration plan, • Great work environment with a young, international team of talented people to work with, • A 30 min video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers, to better understand your career plan, assess cultural fit, and answer any questions you may have, • A 60 min online test with three topics: logic, analytics, and written understanding, • A 30 min meeting with a hiring manager Fever is an equal opportunity employer.
