As a Business Strategy Consultant, you will have the opportunity to grow in challenging and innovating projects with colleagues from cross‑functional backgrounds, develop new skills and progress in your international professional career. • Launching/ opening operations in new countries (having successfully opened business in 18 countries), • Evolving the Go‑To‑Market strategy and implementing it in our recently opened countries., • Work hand by hand with our countries to design and implement their new proposition (Brand positioning, Sales Methodology, Sales supporting tools) aligned to their local realities, • Collaborate with the creative design team to develop our selling materials, • Work transversally with countries to refine the selling process and tools, • Developing the strategy for Verisure’s new adjacent business opportunities (in addition to our core alarm value proposition)., • Collaborate in the creation of new products for our customers and innovate in the way we sell them, • Work together with Product Development teams in the coordination, implementation, monitoring and feedback gathering of new product pilots in Expansion countries, • Defining how to bring more value to our existing clients., • Lead the thinking in terms of strategies, channels and proposition to increase our service offering to clients, • Navigate in the organization to implement and test new pricing strategies, • Lead our global HR strategy, ensuring alignment with the broader strategic intent., • Define and execute cross‑country and multidisciplinary initiatives to deliver our global HR strategy, including core HR projects (such as People Analytics, Employee Value Proposition, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, etc.) to business‑related projects (such as Organization excellence, cost effectiveness, etc.), • Support our Chief Human Resources Officer on her daily activity and other relevant topics (e.g. Board and Management team meetings presentations, Global connects, Business support etc.), • International/multicultural setting with top talent coming from world‑leading consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.) and tech companies (e.g., Amazon, Microsoft, Google, etc.)., • Strategic and operational role at the same time – opportunity to have project ownership, critical responsibilities, and accountability, • Opportunities to grow and develop quickly and transversally depending on experience, skills, performance and ambitions, • Global scale projects in collaboration with Global Teams with people from around the world, • Dynamic & fun work environment, • Innovative role where you will be able to learn from your failures, • Real opportunity to make a difference, to leave a legacy; an impactful job, • Lunch provided on site with diverse & healthy food options We are looking for individuals with experience in: • Leading consulting firms (focused on technology/digital initiatives, etc.), • Start‑up environments The role will be a great fit for someone who has: • Strong analytical skills, • Efficient problem‑solving skills, • Impact‑oriented with a focus on sales boost, • Entrepreneurial and committed, with a strong hands‑on approach, • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in an international, multicultural setting, • Structured, detail oriented, and capable of understanding the big picture, • Strong written and oral communication capabilities for creating and presenting slides, • Fluent in written and spoken English (other languages are a plus: Spanish, German, Italian, French), • University degree (MBA also valued) At Verisure, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, recognising that diversity of thought and background only makes our teams stronger and more innovative.
