Lea todos los detalles a continuación y presente su candidatura hoy mismo. • Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the Aftersales strategy, acting as a key member of the management team in decision-making processes., • Business Growth: Partner with customer service teams to drive revenue through spare parts sales, preventive maintenance contracts, training, and machine upgrades., • Financial Accountability: Manage budgets, team utilization, and performance to align with revenue forecasts while actively reducing warranty costs., • Global Team Management: Lead, mentor, and evaluate a diverse team of international field technicians, designing individual development and training plans., • Operational Excellence: Apply Lean Management principles to improve global efficiency and streamline customer service processes through KPI tracking and root cause analysis., • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a bridge between Service and Engineering for project documentation and manage the international distributor network (training, inventory, and support). • Requirements: • Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar is highly valued., • Experience: At least 5 years in direct people management and 10 years of field experience, preferably within the food processing machinery sector., • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of equipment manufacturing processes, including mechanical and electrical design, repair, and maintenance., • Financial Literacy: Proven ability to manage a service department as a profit center (P&L focus, cost control, and efficiency metrics)., • Languages: Fluent Spanish and Advanced English (Minimum B2/C1) . Ability to lead meetings and report in both languages is mandatory., • Tools: Advanced MS Office skills.
