Job Description Position: Senior Manager – Supply Chain Transformation PMO Position Reports to: Head of PMO Department: Central Operations Location: Europe – Spain or Poland General Summary of Position The Supply Chain PMO is a strategic role responsible for establishing and leading the Project Management Office related to the Supply Chain function. This individual will partner with the Head of Supply Chain to drive the Supply Chain Transformation agenda. The role focuses on optimizing the warehouse management in Europe region, overseeing the execution of strategic supply chain initiatives in Europe and other regions, and driving continuous improvement across the end-to-end supply chain network to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities & Specific Accountabilities • Partner with the Head of Supply Chain to define, develop, and drive the Supply Chain Transformation strategy, ensuring all initiatives align with broader business objectives., • Responsible for establishing, leading, and managing the Project Management Office (PMO) specifically for supply chain processes, setting the governance framework and reporting standards., • Drive the successful planning, execution, and delivery of strategic supply chain initiatives in Europe as priority (e.g., Network Optimization, Logistics Improvement, Planning System implementation)., • Proactively identify risks within the supply chain project portfolio, developing mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and service level adherence., • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to ensure resource availability and remove blockers for critical supply chain projects., • Any other tasks assigned. Key Position Requirements Education • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration., • PMP certification is highly preferred., • Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage. Job Experience • Proven experience in Project Management and setting up or managing a PMO within a complex, multi-national supply chain environment., • Experience leading large-scale Supply Chain Transformation projects. Knowledge and Skills • Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver)., • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority in a matrix organization., • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex supply chain data to drive decision-making and project prioritization., • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish is mandatory (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)., • Proficiency in Project Management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.) and MS Office (Power BI, Excel)., • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., D365, SAP) and Planning software is an advantage.
