Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a de Producción Eléctrica Senior con sólida experiencia en gestión y ejecución de obras de instalaciones eléctricas, capaz de liderar el control técnico, económico y productivo de proyectos de gran envergadura. La persona seleccionada será responsable de garantizar la correcta ejecución de las obras, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos, la calidad técnica, el presupuesto y la rentabilidad del proyecto, actuando como interlocutor clave con clientes, dirección facultativa, subcontratas y equipos de obra. Responsabilidades • Estudiar y analizar técnicamente los proyectos de obra asignados., • Elaborar toda la documentación necesaria para la correcta ejecución de la obra: mediciones, detalles constructivos, hitos de planificación, modificaciones y actualización de planos., • Gestionar y controlar la adquisición y suministro de materiales críticos de la instalación (cuadros eléctricos, luminarias, grupos electrógenos, paneles solares, equipos audiovisuales, entre otros)., • Resolver incidencias técnicas durante la ejecución de la obra, proponiendo soluciones eficientes ante desviaciones, imprevistos o inconsistencias de proyecto., • Participar activamente en reuniones con la Dirección Facultativa y clientes, aportando propuestas de mejora y optimización de costes y procesos constructivos., • Realizar el seguimiento técnico y económico del proyecto, garantizando el cumplimiento de plazos y presupuesto., • Elaborar y gestionar certificaciones mensuales. Requisitos Formación • Ingeniería Técnica Industrial, preferentemente especialidad Electricidad., • También se valorarán perfiles con experiencia consolidada y demostrable en empresas instaladoras eléctricas. Experiencia • Mínimo 7 años de experiencia en empresas instaladoras eléctricas., • Muy valorable experiencia gestionando obras con presupuestos de hasta 5 millones de euros., • Experiencia en control de producción, planificación y gestión técnica de proyectos eléctricos. En este puesto buscamos a una persona que se centrará en responder a las necesidades de los clientes diseñando la estandarización de opciones o colaborando en el desarrollo de nuevos productos siguiendo los Estándares Globales de la Compañía. Además, esta posición implica la colaboración y coordinación directa con otros equipos de ingeniería, internacionales o dentro del propio centro, que realizan el mismo proceso en otras regiones de EMEA, compartiendo mejores prácticas, alineando criterios técnicos y siguiendo metodologías comunes de diseño. Responsabilidades principales • Pensamiento crítico, cuestionando información cuando sea necesario y proponiendo mejoras técnicas o estructurales., • Garantizar la calidad documental, seguimiento de KPIs, turnbacks y actividades de revisión., • Colaborar estrechamente con otros equipos de ingeniería de EMEA dedicados a la misma actividad, compartiendo buenas prácticas, alineando procesos y asegurando un enfoque homogéneo., • Proponer mejoras de diseño y estandarización., • Realizar dosieres con todos los planos derivados del diseño eléctrico., • Elaborar dosieres con la información técnica de ingeniería como consecuencia de los diseños llevados a cabo., • Gestión documental con Windchill de los dosieres de diseño e información técnica de ingeniería., • Elaborar estudios de cálculo con herramientas de elementos finitos sobre los diseños realizados para asegurar el cumplimiento de estos con los estándares de la compañía.
