We are currently looking for an energetic and passionate professional to fill the position of IS Analyst. MISSION To support the different IS Business Partnerships on the management of projects and applications maintenance. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To support IS Business Partnerships in IS applications lifecycle from system selection, validation, maintenance, to retirement/decommissioning, from a technical point of view: • Monitor, administer and maintain IS systems., • Coordinate and provide guidance to the IS Infrastructure Support Team., • Support & Troubleshooting as part of the 1st and 2nd level remote and/or onsite support for manufacturing and quality applications (Serialization, OEE, Laboratory acquisition systems, EDMS, EQMS, etc.)., • Set up and monitor Servers Backup., • Administer SQL databases., • Handle any Infrastructure issues and provide solutions to problems., • Suggest improvements on existing systems’ functionality in order to optimize them., • Manage communication with suppliers., • Prepare specifications for new requirements., • Monitor and implement changes and enhancements., • Plan and coordinate projects., • Documentation and Training: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation Developing and Implementing Security Policies., • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards., • Monitoring Security Operations. Event security manager., • Develop, review, and approve standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to system lifecycle., • Training: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience., • Languages (Language and proficiency level): Native Spanish, Fluent (C1) English., • IT quality management systems (QMS), • Data Integrity, • MS Windows Servers all versions, • Active Directory, Exchange Server, O365 / Azure, • Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V, • Databases: SQL Server, • Microsoft SCCM, SCOM, Security, Defender, Copilot, Purview: DLP, Intune, BitLocker, Sharepoint, • Accountability, Adaptability, • Curiosity and continuous learning, • Critical thinking, • Problem solving & objective oriented, • Decision-making, • Independent, • Alcorcón (Madrid), Spain
