Job DescriptionWhat will you do with us?- Own and govern Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, layouts, record types, search, reporting and dashboards- Particularly Salesforce Service Cloud configuration, including Case Management, Service Console, Knowledge, Omni-Channel, Digital Engagement, Entitlements, Milestones, queues and routing configurations- Maintain security such as user accounts, sharing rules, user roles, user profiles, user permissions, field level security, groups, validations- Manage mass imports, updates and exports of data- Ensure data integrity, security and perform required audits reviews- Design, implement and govern declarative automation architecture (Flows, approvals, assignment rules, email automation), ensuring scalability, maintainability and best practices- Manage operational requests, change requests and troubleshoot issues, working with diverse user groups and potentially with business leaders- Handle complex and escalated support requests, perform root cause analysis, and improve system stability and user experience- Assist in conducting training to business owners for new features and help with roll‑out- Assist in developing and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help related materials- Own end‑to‑end delivery of Salesforce initiatives, coordinating admins, developers and testers across design, build, testing, deployment and post‑release support- Mentor and guide other team members, enforcing best practices during design and implementation- Proactively lead and contribute to solution design, applying Salesforce best practices- Optimize existing builds to reduce technical debt and improve org health and efficiency- Manage deployments using CI/CD tools and GitHubQualificationsWhat makes you a strong fit?- Advanced working knowledge of Service Cloud (deep understanding of Omni‑Channel Routing, Service Console, Case Management, Email‑to‑Case, Web‑to‑Case, Knowledge Management, Entitlements and Milestones, Digital Engagement and Chat, Embedded Messaging, Queues and Assignment Rules)- Working knowledge of relational database design concepts and data management- Proficiency with data manipulation tools and uploading techniques (Data Loader, Workbench, Inspector) and strong analytical skills- Experience working with international teams- Knowledge of agile methodology and processes- Understanding of business processes- Ability to troubleshoot system, process and data issues- Strong communication skills, open to discussions, team‑oriented, with a hands‑on attitude; able to explain technical decisions to non‑technical stakeholders- Demonstrate enhanced analytical, problem‑solving, and logical skills, with the ability to lead others- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus in our global environment- Master advanced Salesforce features (Flows, validations, complex formulas)- Implementation of solutions using best practices- Experience with release management tools- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant or Sales CloudBonus Points- Agentforce Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant- Experience with API integrations, Salesforce org migrations, or hands‑on Apex development- Familiarity with HubSpot – understanding how it connects to Salesforce in a mixed‑CRM environment- Advanced reporting and dashboard expertise – creating insights that leadership actually useBenefits- Healthcare insurance – so you can focus on what matters- Wellness that works for you – gym memberships and mental health support- Time off that counts – vacation, birthday, or a day to recharge- Local perks – meal vouchers, transport allowances, extended parental leave- Career growth – chances to learn, develop, and explore new paths within your team or across functions- A truly global team – work with people from all over the world in a diverse and inclusive environment- Flexibility that works for you – remote work and flexible hours with emphasis on results over rigid schedules; office hubs availableAtthis time, we are not able to sponsor visas for this position.
