JOB DESCRIPTION: The AI Enablement Specialist is responsible for delivering HBX’s AI enablement agenda, coordinating training programmes, supporting functional teams in the activation of high-impact AI use cases, and promoting responsible, consistent, and impactful adoption of Tech Stack solutions across HBX. The role translates the enterprise AI strategy into practical enablement actions, guiding employees and functional AI Leads through learning journeys, behavioural change and observing the established AI guardrails to accelerate adoption across all functions. • Support roll-out and and operationalisation of AI literacy and capability-building programmes, managing training waves, content updates, role-based learning paths and hands-on learning experiences, • Support the definition? of high-impact functional AI use cases, helping functions achieve clarity on their requirements, understand how the adoption of AI tools will require new workflows and embed the design outputs safely and effectively into daily operations, • Coordinate and coach functional AI Leads, facilitating routines, onboarding processes, expectations and feedback loops to help them promote adoption and accelerate use cases within their functions, • Actively encourage the day-to-day use of the AI tech stack available to various employee groups, ensuring safe, compliant and consistent usage across employees, while recommending improvements and reporting needs to the Head of AI Enablement, • Ensure adoption aligns with Responsible AI guardrails, embedding safety, ethics, privacy and risk controls into training materials, guidance and functional enablement activities, and escalating risks when required, • Design and deliver awareness campaigns, communication assets and behavioural nudges that drive cultural change, reduce resistance and encourage long-term adoption of AI-powered ways of working, • Tailor enablement support for different levels of AI maturity across functions, ensuring training and coaching reflect the specific needs and readiness of each team, • Collaborate with Product, Technology, Data, Legal and HR to ensure that training, guidance and enablement materials reflect real tools, workflows, guardrails and governance requirements Skills • Strong communication and facilitation skills to simplify AI and LLM concepts for non-technical audiences., • Solid understanding of AI fundamentals, LLM solutions, automation tools and the AI tech stack, with ability to guide users safely, • Experience in learning design, capability building and adult education, • Strong behavioural change and engagement capabilities to overcome resistance, • Ability to translate technical AI tools and workflows into user-friendly guidance, • Excellent coordination and project management skills across multiple teams and training waves, • Knowledge of Responsible AI principles, safety guardrails and risk escalation procedure, • Relationship-building skills to support AI Leads, functional teams and cross-functional partners Experiences: • 4–7+ years in digital transformation, digital adoption, learning & development or product enablement roles, • Experience deploying new digital or AI-powered tools at scale, supporting teams through change and adoption, • Exposure to AI/ML tools, LLM applications, automation platforms and enterprise AI usage patterns, • Experience designing or delivering training content, capability uplift programmes or multi-team enablement waves, • Experience working with Product, Technology, Data, Legal or HR teams on adoption and governance topics, • Experience coaching or coordinating groups of advanced users (e.g., AI Leads, power users) Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Learning & Development, Communication, Engineering or related, • Certifications in change management, AI fundamentals, or instructional design preferred At HBX Group, we believe that diversity drives innovation and makes travel a force for good.
