Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or similar setting. 2. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. 4. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. 5. Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods. 6. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software. 7. Conduct capacity and performance studies recommending appropriate action to maintain standards of performance and capacity. Funciones y tareas: Entrarás a formar parte de nuestro equipo de ventas. Trabajarás mano a mano con el Jefe de Ventas de tu oficina ¿Cómo será tu día a día? 1. Visitas a clientes interesados/as concertadas por nuestro departamento de Marketing : serás el último responsable de asesorar a nuestros potenciales clientes y ayudarles en su toma de decisión. Somos 100% orientados al cliente y buscamos lo mejor para él 2. Trabajo en calle: trabajarás la zona junto con tu equipo y con una asignación de Códigos Postales. Nunca te sentirás sólo y junto a tu mánager, comenzarás a construir tu propia cartera de clientes 3. Reporte diario de actividad a través de la Tablet asignada para el trabajo : Planificación de la jornada y organización y control de tu cartera de clientes 4.
