Under the guidance of the Guest Experience Manager, the Call Center Supervisor (PBX) directs the overall operation and service levels of PBX in the hotel facilitating and directing all operating departments, in meeting and exceeding hotel goals and assist in providing timely guest and team members resolution. Job Description What you’ll do Support the PBX team to consistent with hotel policies and procedures. Responsible for ensuring that all guests receive a seamless and expedited experience. Assists Front Desk and Accounting department in locating and verifying phone charges for guests. Keeps updated contact information on employees in other departments. Refer guests’ complaints to appropriate departments. Knows the responsibilities of other departments to be able to determine the appropriate department to forward all calls. Estos no solo son los más consumidos, sino los que más se alejan de una dieta saludable. La mala nutrición es uno de los grandes retos de la vida moderna. Los horarios imposibles han hecho que la comida basura esté más presente en nuestra dieta. Los ultraprocesados (grasas vegetales trans, aditivos artificiales, refinados, etc.), el bajo aporte de nutrientes y las técnicas de cocina agresoras con los alimentos tienen un impacto directo en nuestro bienestar inmediato y nuestra salud a medio plazo. Requisitos para el puesto: - Minino 3 años de experiencia en el sector. - Especialización o conocimiento en aparatología, micropigmentación y lashista. ** Tus responsabilidades incluirán:** - Recaptación de clientes y atención comercial. - Gestión y Optimización de agendas. - Supervisión y gestión del equipo a su cargo. - Fidelización del cliente interno. - Control Operacional. - Seguimiento de KPI´S. - Consecución de Objetivos. - Gestión del presupuesto de compras. - Marketing del centro.
