ph3About this role /h3 pWe’re looking for a Talent Marketing Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition. You’ll work closely with TA Partners, senior stakeholders within the business, and our Employer Brand partner in Brand. This is a newly created, hands‑on role with room to shape how recruitment marketing works at Preply. /p pYou'll help us bring hiring priorities to life through talent events, community partnerships, paid campaigns, Glassdoor, job platforms, careers page improvements, and strong briefs for employer brand content. You won’t own Preply’s employer brand narrative, EVP, or final content creation – that sits with Brand and Employer Brand. Your role is to bring the hiring context: who we need to reach, where they spend time, what might make them engage with us, and how we turn that interest into stronger candidate relationships and a qualified pipeline. /p pOne week, you might partner with Engineering and TA to design a booth experience that makes people stop and talk to us, plan a Preply meetup for AI talent, or brief Brand on the audience behind a campaign. Next, you might review Glassdoor themes, respond to candidate reviews, look at event leads and conversion, or use campaign data to decide what we should scale, improve, or stop. /p pThis is a great fit for someone who enjoys people, creativity, and numbers in equal measure. You’ll need to build trust across teams, ask good questions, bring fresh ideas, and stay close enough to the data to know whether those ideas are working. You’ll do well here if you’re excited by collaboration, curious about talent communities, and driven by helping Preply attract the best people out there. /p h3What you’ll be doing /h3 ul liBuild attraction plans for priority chapters, starting with Engineering, Data/AI, Design, and Commercial. /li liPartner with TA and hiring leaders to understand hiring goals, talent audiences, and where Preply should show up. /li liWork closely with Brand and Employer Brand to brief campaigns, content ideas, careers page updates, and event materials. /li liHelp identify strong internal proof points – people, projects, team moments, and business impact – that can inspire employer brand content. /li liShape and deliver talent events with TA and Chapter Leads, from meetups and conferences to sponsorships and in‑house activations. /li liBring creative ideas to event engagement: booth experiences, speaker opportunities, follow‑up journeys, candidate conversations, and moments that make Preply memorable. /li liOwn our Glassdoor strategy, including review responses, reputation themes, profile improvements, and actions that strengthen how candidates see Preply. /li liCoordinate paid and organic recruitment campaigns, including LinkedIn ads, job boards, and niche talent platforms. /li liImprove the careers page as a candidate journey: spot gaps, recommend updates, and track how changes impact engagement and applications. /li liMeasure the impact of events, campaigns, channels, and Glassdoor activity through clear KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads, source quality, conversion, and pipeline contribution. /li liShare learnings with TA, Brand, and business stakeholders so we keep improving where we invest time, energy, and budget. /li /ul h3What you need to succeed /h3 ul li4+ years across recruitment marketing, talent marketing, employer brand activation, talent events, or talent attraction in a fast‑growing tech business. /li liStrong relationship‑building skills: you can earn trust with TA, Brand, hiring leaders, and employees across the business. /li liA creative mindset for attracting talent, especially through events, communities, campaigns, and candidate touchpoints. /li liHands‑on events experience: you’ve helped plan and deliver meetups, conferences, sponsorships, booths, or community activations. /li liA good understanding of how recruitment marketing supports hiring pipelines, not just brand awareness. /li liA data‑informed approach: you measure what you run, learn from the results, and use insights to improve. /li liStrong briefing skills: you can turn hiring context and audience insight into clear input for Brand, Employer Brand, TA, and business stakeholders. /li liConfidence working with technical and senior stakeholders, especially across Engineering, Data/AI, Product, or Design. /li liComfortable using AI tools to work faster and sharper. /li liExperience with LinkedIn paid ads, job boards, talent platforms, Glassdoor, or employer reputation channels. /li liAdvanced English level required. /li liBased in, or open to relocating to, Barcelona or Kyiv, and happy to be on site when events and hiring pushes need you. /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExperience improving Glassdoor scores or employer reputation platforms. /li liExperience with employee advocacy or internal storytelling. /li liExperience with university, graduate, or early‑career programmes. /li liSourcing experience alongside recruitment marketing. /li liExperience in a fast‑growing tech, marketplace, SaaS, or AI‑led company. /li /ul h3Why you’ll love it at Preply /h3 ul liAn open, collaborative, dynamic and diverse culture. /li liA generous monthly allowance for lessons on Preply.com, learning development budget and time off for your self‑development. /li liA competitive financial package with equity, leave allowance and health insurance. /li liNot in Barcelona? We offer an attractive relocation package to join us in our Preply Barcelona Hub. /li liAccess to free mental health support platforms. /li liAccess to Gympass‑partnered wellness and gym centers throughout Spain to promote and support well‑being and physical health. /li liThe opportunity to unlock the potential of learners and tutors through language learning and teaching in 175 countries (and counting!). /li /ul h3Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion /h3 pPreply.com is committed to creating an inclusive environment where people of diverse backgrounds can thrive. We believe that the presence of different opinions and viewpoints is a key ingredient for our success as a multicultural Ed‑Tech company. That means that Preply will consider all applications for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, age or veteran status. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
