Te incorporarás al equipo de Negocio Digital, reportando al Responsable de Marketing Digital, y participando en la gestión de la estrategia global de marketing digital de la compañía. Participarás en las siguientes tareas: Planificación de la estrategia global de marketing digital corporativa. Dando soporte a la gestión de las campañas de marketing digital (SEO, SEM, Metasearch, campañas RRSS…) para maximizar la conversión y rentabilidad de las campañas. Coordinación del presupuesto de marketing digital. Supervisión de la estrategia de contenido en las cuentas corporativas de RRSS (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube) para garantizar una coherencia a nivel de marca. Planificación y desarrollo de los proyectos de Analítica de la web corporativa. Seguimiento de las principales KPI’s de la web corporativa para detectar oportunidades y establecer propuestas de mejora y evolutivos. Monitorizarás la competencia y proveerás de sugerencias de mejora. Estarás al día de las tendencias digitales del mercado y best practices. ¿Qué esperamos de ti? Que aportes un mínimo de 4 años de experiencia gestionando campañas de marketing digital, con especial foco en Performance y Growth, y preferiblemente en entornos Ecommerce.

You will lead and empower a cross-functional team (eCommerce, Marketing, UX/UI, CRM, and SEO) to execute a unified strategy that drives growth, trust, and unparalleled customer satisfaction. Your Mission • Strategic Leadership: Define, own, and execute the end-to-end eCommerce strategy across all Wolfiek storefronts, focusing on revenue targets, margin health, and sustainable growth., • Team & Talent Management: Lead, mentor, and scale the combined team, including: 3 eCommerce Assistants, SEO Manager, UX/UI Specialist, and CRM Manager. Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and customer-centric culture., • Digital Channel Optimization: Oversee the entire customer journey, ensuring seamless integration between Marketing (acquisition), eCommerce operations (conversion), and Customer Service (retention)., • Platform & Experience: Drive continuous improvement across the website experience (UX/UI), site performance, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) based on data analysis., • Data-Driven Decision Making: Define and monitor high-level KPIs (e.g., overall revenue, site conversion rate, NPS, AOV, RPU) and translate performance insights into actionable strategies for each sub-team., • Operational Excellence: Work closely with the Warehouse and Workshop teams to ensure inventory accuracy, fulfillment speed, and service quality meet Wolfiek’s premium standard., • Stay updated: with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in eCommerce to keep our strategies and operations current., • Work closely with sales, customer service, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Your Profile & Skills • Proven Digital Leadership: Several years of experience managing significant eCommerce P&L and leading teams that span multiple functions (e.g., Merchandising, Marketing, Support)., • Platform Fluency: Deep operational knowledge of major eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus, Magento, or similar) and experience leveraging advanced marketing platforms (Klaviyo, etc.) and helpdesks (HubSpot, etc.)., • Strategic & Tactical Balance: You can craft a 3-year vision while also diving into the weekly performance metrics to guide your team on immediate actions., • People & Culture Builder: A track record of successfully managing and developing diverse specialists (technical, creative, and operational), fostering accountability, and building strong team morale., • Industry Interest (A Strong Plus): A genuine interest in shooting sports or technical enthusiast products helps immensely in understanding customer motivations and pain points., • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously., • Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
