A permanent opportunity in Seville for the Reward Operations Team within the Human Resources function. Responsibilities • Perform personnel events for hiring, transfers or leaving, register employee data, issue certificates, contracts and other documents., • Manage events for Time Management, working with time schedules and shifts, absences, quotas and payments or bonuses., • Ensure a high level of compliance regarding TM and PA, and manage personal data securely., • Use and improve HR tools for employee administration, especially PA and Time (SAP-HR, MyPulse-Workday, Escriba, RPA, etc.)., • Monitor, test and improve Robotic Process Automation in place for PA and TM., • Ensure design and implementation of HR standard solutions (policies, processes and tools) for PA and TM., • Consider potential impacts of relevant legislation and regulation on day‑to‑day operations., • Contribute to transnational future projects for TM and PA., • Train colleagues when necessary. Qualifications and Skills • Education: Human Resources Vocational Training, Labour Relations, Business Administration or a related discipline., • Experience: at least 4 years in Human Resources; valuable experience in a global, multi‑divisional company., • Soft skills: high adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a networking mode., • Languages: advanced level in Spanish and English., • Technical knowledge: experience in SAP PHM, Office, Google Workspace and Workday., • Nice to have: experience in aeronautical topics., • AI Process Integration: proficiency in adapting to and leveraging AI‑powered systems., • Availability: as of 1st September, in‑person work, full time from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
