About the Role: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office & Operations Manager to help establish and run our new Madrid office! This role will be the operational heart of the office - ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day while also providing executive support to the SVP of Sales for the region. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building structure from scratch, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and well-run workplace. You’ll play a key role in building and shaping a brand-new office, helping create a productive and welcoming environment for our growing team in Madrid. Roles and Responsibilities: Office Management Serve as the main point of contact for all office operations Coordinate with building management, vendors, cleaning, and maintenance Manage office supplies, groceries, and inventory Support office setup, workspace organization, and ongoing improvements Welcome visitors and act as the front-of-house contact for the office Events & Operations Help organize QBPs / Offsites for the EMEA region Research and coordinate venues, hotels, travel, and catering Assist with agenda coordination and event logistics Support onsite execution of internal meetings or team gatherings Executive Support Provide administrative support to the SVP of Sales Manage calendar scheduling and coordinate meetings Assist with travel arrangements, logistics, and manage expenses Support preparation for leadership meetings and events Requirements: 2+ years of relevant experience in a professional setting Fluent in English & Spanish Ability to work in a fast paced environment Experience with Microsoft Office Suite/G-suite products We are an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and talented workforce.
