Your role and work environment: We are looking for a talented and enthusiasticCustomer Journey Analytics & Tagging Engineer to join our Engagement Funnel Team of Customer Interactions Tribe and Brand Experience CoE The responsibility of this team is to implement a next gen Engagement funnel Platform stack, providing scalability and hyper-personalization to our customers, and our way of working is hybrid. We operate according to a Biz-Dev Ops development process and strongly believe in the Agile approach delivering IT solutions. The focus is on high-quality mission-critical target-oriented development with regular milestones. Feature delivery is driven by the priorities determined by the Business and Product Owners, working on a day-to-day basis with the IT organization. Your key responsibilities: As a Customer Journey Analytics & Tagging Engineer you will: Positively contribute to the successful migration of our legacy marketing automation platform to Adobe Experience Platform, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum business value. Co-create innovative solutions with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing workflows and enhance customer engagement through advanced automation capabilities. Ensure data integrity, system performance, and compliance throughout the migration process, while implementing best practices for scalability and future growth. Provide technical guidance, maintenance and support during implementation, testing, and post-migration phases. What are we looking for? Want to know if this job is made for you? The main challenges always addressed by our Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Engineerare: To succed in the role, you should have… • Consider the outcome of prioritization processes and related dependencies, • Coordination with other squads within ING, cross-domain, • Coordination with external data vendors, • Perform meaningful testing for several relevant goals, • Aim at improving time-to-market and added business value, • Implement new changes & deliver smart, • Be IT risk compliant, • Ability to express complex ideas about previous projects, • Commitment, ability, and aptitude for teamwork, • Agile mindset and experience working in cross-functional teams, • Engineering degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience, • Strong analytical, people management and communication skills, • Able to work in an autonomous way and to take initiative, • Loving to collaborate with different people, • Making things happen and ‘can do’ attitude, • DevOps and Agile culture, • Passionate Proven track record and technical skills Essential: • Adobe Customer Journey Analytics – Strong understanding of data analysis and customer journey insights. Design of dashboards and reports, • Tag Management Systems – Experience with Tealium or similar tag managers for data collection and integration. Consent, • Consent Management Platforms – Familiarity with Didomi or equivalent tools for managing user consent and privacy compliance., • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform knowledge, focused on Adobe RT-CDP, • Adobe XDM Data Modelling and E/R modelling knowledge, • ETL & Functional Knowledge, • CI/CD: Azure DevOps experience, • Azure and/or other cloud environments, • Strong vendor experience with Testing (Unit, Integration, end-to-end, smoke), • Best practices in testing Nice to have: • Experience with relational databases (Oracle) and SQL / PLSQL knowledge, • Data Engineering & Data mesh background, • Unix scripting & Python experience, • Event Driven architectural patterns, • Spark & PySpark knowledge What do we offer?
