At ING we are looking for Strategic Growth & Customer Acquisition Expert Your role and work environment We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Strategic growth & customer acquisition Expert to join our Growth and New Segments area of Payments and Daily Banking Tribe. Your key responsibilities: As Strategic growth & customer acquisition Expert you will: • Be responsible for achieving the commercial targets of “Cuenta Nómina” and “Cuenta NoCuenta”, including the design, execution, and performance monitoring of acquisition campaigns, • Manage incentive budgets in close collaboration with Finance and Marketing teams, and lead periodic reviews in PACO and Retail MT forums, • Continuously improving the onboarding journey to increase conversion rates, working closely with Everyday Engagement, Marketing, and Operations teams, • Support all sales channels by taking commercial initiatives and maximizing sales opportunities, • Oversee the squad’s IT landscape, managing key technology frameworks and owning various IT assets and microservices, • Represent the voice of the customer, with a strong vision for addressing their payment needs and continuously enhancing the customer journey, • Act as the Business Guardian of your product/service, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies in coordination with Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders, • Lead efforts to increase operational efficiency, reduce complexity, and deliver exceptional experiences at critical customer touchpoints, while fostering innovation, • Apply analytical skills and proactive thinking to interpret, define, and analyze data, generating insights that support strategic decision-making, • Translating business needs into actionable requirements for implementation, • Be a subject matter expert in your product and service, prioritizing customer value delivery through short development cycles, defining MVPs, and iterating based on feedback, • Support the launch of the new Daily Banking value proposition, ensuring a smooth transition without impacting sales performance, • Handle issues relatives to onboarding journeys, • Bring creativity and an out-of-the-box mindset, thriving in a multidisciplinary agile environment where stakeholders and developers collaborate daily, • Monitor market trends and competitor strategies in customer acquisition to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the industry What are we looking for? • Proven experience in product ownership, preferably in financial services or digital banking with a minimum of 5 years of experience., • Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and onboarding journeys., • Analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and performance tracking., • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills., • Agile mindset and experience working in multidisciplinary squads., • Creativity and strategic thinking to challenge the status quo and drive innovation.
