La persona seleccionada realizará tareas administrativas, gestión de solicitudes y soporte interno relacionado con las operaciones de Orange. Funciones principales • Gestión de tareas de Back Office para Orange Empresas., • Realización y recepción de llamadas internas con clientes y equipo comercial., • Uso de herramientas de activación, tramitaciones y seguimiento de pedidos., • Control y actualización de expedientes., • Coordinación con los departamentos internos para asegurar una correcta ejecución de procesos., • Apoyo en la resolución de incidencias administrativas. Requisitos • Experiencia previa en tareas administrativas o de atención telefónica., • Valorable experiencia en telecomunicaciones o en entornos Orange., • Manejo de herramientas informáticas y capacidad de aprendizaje rápido., • Persona organizada, proactiva y con buena gestión del tiempo., • Buena comunicación telefónica. Se ofrece • Contrato parcial de mañana., • Horario: de 09:00 a 14:00 h (lunes a viernes)., • Formación inicial en herramientas y procesos de Orange., • Buen ambiente de trabajo y posibilidad de crecimiento interno.
