ABOUT THE ROLE This is a strategic People leadership role at the center of Eurovision’s global operations — ensuring our managers, teams, and leadership structures are supported by consistent, compliant, and high‑performing People practices across all locations. As a trusted advisor to management and employees, you will shape how People operations, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and workforce governance are designed, delivered, and continuously improved across the company’s international footprint. YOUR IMPACT As HR Business Partner, you will lead the end‑to‑end People function across Eurovision locations — from employee lifecycle management and labour relations to organizational support and People operations excellence. You will strengthen management capabilities, ensure compliance across jurisdictions, drive operational consistency, and foster a collaborative and people‑focused culture aligned with Eurovision’s business objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and implement People strategies aligned with Eurovision’s corporate objectives and growth plans., • Partner with Middle Management to support organizational planning, workforce development, and people management practices., • Advise managers and senior stakeholders on organizational changes, employee matters, and People best practices., • Drive consistency and standardization of People policies, procedures, and employee experience across all office locations. Employee Relations & Labour Governance • Serve as a trusted point of contact for managers and employees on employee relations matters., • Lead and manage complex employee cases including disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and performance‑related matters., • Support managers with employee coaching, development, and performance improvement initiatives., • Lead negotiations, communication, and relationship management with Workers’ Councils and employee representative bodies. People Operations & Administration • Oversee day‑to‑day People operations across multiple locations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and service quality., • Manage employee records, People systems, personnel documentation, and confidential data., • Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and compliance within HRIS and People processes., • Continuously improve People workflows, operational standards, and administrative efficiency. Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Coordination • Administer compensation structures and employee benefits programs across locations., • Conduct salary benchmarking exercises and support compensation review processes., • Coordinate payroll inputs and collaborate with payroll providers and finance teams., • Ensure benefits programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational needs. Compliance & Policy Management • Ensure compliance with labour laws, employment regulations, and internal policies across all office locations., • Maintain and update employee handbooks, staff regulations, and People procedures., • Lead People audits and ensure legal compliance across all employee‑related activities., • Partner with external legal advisors and labour specialists when required. Leadership & Team Management • Lead, mentor, and develop the People Team across multiple locations., • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and service‑oriented People culture., • Delegate responsibilities effectively while ensuring high‑quality operational delivery., • Drive continuous improvement, capability building, and professional development within the People function. YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS • 7+ years of progressive experience in the Human Resources department., • Minimum of 3+ years in a senior HR leadership or management role., • Experience managing HR operations across multiple locations., • Experience in negotiations with the Workers Council., • Knowledge in Spanish Labour Law and any other legislation is highly appreciated., • Experience with HRIS systems and its implementation., • Excellent leadership and people management skills., • Problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills., • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions., • Analytical and reporting capabilities., • High attention to detail, organization, and time management., • Ability to thrive in fast‑paced and changing environments.
