ph3Descripción del trabajo /h3 pJob Description : An opportunity for a Technical Data Product Engineer has arisen within Airnus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid). The goal of this service is to deliver the data for the Maintenance Information Systems (MIS) of the Customers, the IT tool which supports the operators in the follow up and recording of the a / c maintenance. These data are delivered for new a / c, and for updates due to retrofit, new releases of TechPubs as well as for Service Bulletin distribution. Other main targets are to push the digitalization and promote new services based on it. /p h3Mission /h3 ul liOperational management of the processes dealing with the internal stakeholders (Design, Manufacturing, MRO, IT developer, PMO), the outsourcing and the Customers in order to provide our services OTOCOQ. /li liEnsure integrity and consistency of Airbus Defence Space ILS products data in logistic databases. /li liSupport our Customers on-site for the loading of Reference Data into the MIS, data migrations and take care of their data content health /li liDigitalization of RefData business as well as the promotion on new services by the application of the big data techniques and technologies /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and Promote Digitalization projects of RefData businesses evolution /li liDefine IT requirements of RefData processes. /li liManagement of Logistic Data Integration team (subcontractor). /li liDefinition of processes and elaboration of procedures, including interfaces with other areas. /li liCollection, compilation, integration, validation and delivery of configuration industrial reference data for priming Customer Maintenance Mission Systems. /li liIntegrity check of data referenced to ILS products and lead resolution of data inconsistency. /li liSupport the areas to upload and update Technical data documentation into ILS services repositories (e.G. : IDS, Customer Services Web Portal). /li liGenerate reports and KPIs follow up. /li liResolve and answer customer technical queries (e.G. : A400M Reference Data). /li liFollow-up of Subcontractor activities. /li liParticipation in follow-up meetings. /li liParticipate in improvement projects /li /ul h3Required skills /h3 ul liTechnical background in Aeronautics. /li liMaintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) /li liOperational management /li liSupplier relationship management (SRM) /li liRisk and opportunity management skills. /li liAbility to follow-up activities /li liCommitment with the business and the Customer /li liCustomer oriented /li liCustomer relationship /li liEmployees relationship /li liGood team player and good organizational skills. /li liInitiative /li liHigh degree of credibility, independence, integrity, confidentiality and trust /li liEager to learn and to have fun /li liDynamic, Proactive and Positive mind set. /li liCurious and open-minded for changes and continuous improvement /li liLanguages : Negotiation level of English, French is also appreciated /li /ul h3Academic requirements /h3 ul liData Analytics /li liIT developer /li liMathematics /li liAeronautical Engineer /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liData analysis and Data wrangling /li liCollection of data from large and heterogeneous databases /li liOperational management of IT developments /li liA / C maintenance /li liCustomer services /li liQuality /li /ul pAt Airbus, we support you to work, connect and collaborate more easily and flexibly.
