Building premium motorcycles requires innovation and we need your help to make us succeed. /p pOur mission is to lead the way towards a sustainable motorcycle industry, by reducing plastic and CO₂ pollution. /p pThis will be achieved by building sustainable products that are superior to traditional technology in terms of performance, emotion and design. /p h3The Role /h3 pAs the International Grants and Subsidies Manager at Stark Future, you will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing public and private funding opportunities—nationally and internationally—to support the company’s strategic projects in RD, sustainability, industrial scale‑up, and market expansion. /p pYou will lead the full lifecycle of funding projects, from strategic identification and proposal writing to coordination, implementation, reporting, and final justification, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liStrategic intelligence and opportunity sourcing: Proactively identify grants, subsidies, and public funding instruments from Spanish, EU (e.g., Horizon Europe, Innovation Fund, CEF, LIFE), and international programs aligned with Stark Future’s mission. /li liProject design and coordination: Collaborate with internal departments (Engineering, Product, Sustainability, Legal, Finance, etc.) to conceptualize and structure eligible projects with high‑impact potential. /li liApplication preparation and submission: Lead the drafting of proposals, technical and financial documentation, and manage online submissions, ensuring accuracy, eligibility, and competitiveness. /li liStakeholder liaison: Act as the primary interface with funding agencies, innovation platforms, consortium partners, clusters, and public bodies. /li liGrant management and reporting: Oversee post‑award grant compliance, including tracking deliverables, coordinating internal resources, drafting periodic reports, and handling audit processes. /li liSubsidy justification: Ensure full and timely justification of expenses, technical results, and KPIs according to funding rules, particularly in complex multi‑year projects. /li liContinuous improvement: Monitor regulatory updates and best practices in public funding management to continuously optimize Stark Future’s access to grants and incentives. /li /ul h3What You Will Bring To Stark /h3 ul liStrong project management skills, with ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams under tight deadlines. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish (Catalan and other EU languages are a plus). /li liStrategic mindset with high attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance. /li liProactive, autonomous, and solutions‑oriented with strong organizational capacity. /li liAdaptability to work in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven and highly innovative environment. /li liExcellent interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders (ministries, agencies, consortium partners, etc.). /li liMinimum 5 years of experience managing grants and subsidies, especially in Spain and EU programs (CDTI, PERTEs, ICE, ENISA, EIC, Horizon Europe, etc.). /li liDemonstrated experience in the full project lifecycle: from opportunity detection and application writing to execution, justification, and audit. /li liSolid understanding of EU funding mechanisms, national incentive schemes, and sector‑specific support instruments for mobility, sustainability, industrial innovation, and cleantech. /li liKnowledge of cost eligibility criteria, state aid regulations, and technical‑financial justification procedures. /li liFamiliarity with tools and platforms such as GMS, Participant Portal, Sede Electrónica, FUNDAE, etc. /li liPrevious exposure to industrial or RD environments—ideally in automotive, e‑mobility or cleantech sectors. /li /ul h3Why work with us? /h3 ul liThe chance to work on a product people are genuinely passionate about /li liA fast‑growing company with real momentum /li liA creative, international team based in Barcelona /li liCompetitive salary and benefits package /li liDirect access to riders, race teams, and the product — this is not a remote‑from‑the‑product role /li liSubsidized lunch in our in house restaurant /li liFree access to our in‑house gym (including weekends!) /li li30 days of paid vacation /li /ul pAt Stark, we don’t just accept difference—we celebrate it, we support it, and we thrive on it for the benefit of our employees, our products, and our community. /p pWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone, regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, race, religion, age, neurodiversity, or disability, feels a true sense of belonging.
