If you are looking for a place where your voice is heard, your development is supported, and your work feels meaningful, you will feel at home at Ricoh. /ph3What you will be doing /h3ulliDesigning and developing backend SQL solutions (ETL/SSIS) to support global Power BI reporting. /liliCreating Power Apps and user‐friendly interfaces that enable efficient data management. /liliEnhancing and expanding the data infrastructure by integrating new architectures and data sources. /liliEnsuring robust data governance, security, and compliance with GDPR. /liliSupporting continuous improvement through the development of global KPIs and data quality processes. /liliDocumenting technical processes and creating clear BI documentation for internal use. /liliCollaborating with technical teams and stakeholders across regions to ensure solutions align with strategic priorities. /li /ulh3You will ideally have /h3pThis role is based in Sant Cugat del Vallès, though we are open to considering candidates based elsewhere in Spain. /pulliA relevant academic background (Computer Science, Data Engineering, or similar). A bachelor's degree is desirable. /lili3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. /liliSolid understanding of data architecture and data modelling principles within modern data platforms. /liliExperience working with Microsoft Fabric and related data services within the Microsoft ecosystem. /liliStrong SQL skills and experience working with data transformation, modelling and analytical use cases. /liliPractical experience with Python for data processing and automation. /liliProven experience with Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate), including building solutions integrated with Dataverse and other data sources. /liliExperience designing and delivering end‐to‐end data and application solutions. /liliExperience building business‐oriented tools for reporting and dashboards. /liliExposure to Copilot Studio and an interest in developing intelligent, data‐driven applications. /liliExperience in machine learning or advanced analytics (an advantage). /liliRelevant certifications (e.G., Microsoft Power BI, Azure) and experience using GitHub for version control (highly desirable). /li /ulh3Desired Skills and Mindset /h3pIn addition, you bring a strong analytical mindset and problem‐solving skills, combined with excellent organisational and time management abilities.
