In this role, you will drive best practices in user access management, strengthen compliance controls, and ensure secure and efficient access to critical business systems. /ppThis is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of SAP security, governance, and business enablement, helping shape and improve access management processes across the organization. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ullibRole Design and Maintenance /bulliCollaborate with General Process Owners (GPOs) to design and implement role‑based access rights. /liliMaintain and evolve SAP role definitions and permission sets as business needs change. /li /ul /lilibUser Access Management /bulliAdminister SAP user accounts, roles, profiles, and authorizations. /liliManage role assignment and removal processes in line with organizational policies. /li /ul /lilibCollaboration and Support /bulliPartner closely with IT teams, SAP CoE, and functional experts to resolve access‑related issues. /liliSupport and guide end users regarding access management processes and policies. /li /ul /lilibAudit Management /bulliManage and resolve audit‑related topics for the applications within scope. /liliDesign, document, and test internal controls related to user access. /liliEnsure appropriate mitigation measures are implemented when required. /li /ul /lilibSecurity Compliance /bulliPerform regular access reviews and security audits to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. /liliMonitor and report security incidents related to user access. /liliEvaluate and prioritize new security and access management requirements. /li /ul /lilibDocumentation and Reporting /bulliMaintain clear documentation of access management processes, role designs, and security policies. /liliProduce regular reports and insights on access metrics and compliance status for management. /li /ul /lilibContinuous Improvement /bulliIdentify opportunities to improve user access management processes and implement best practices. /liliStay up to date with SAP security trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance access governance. /li /ul /li /ulh3Skills Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. /lili7+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP Security and Authorizations. /liliProven experience in user access management, role design, and SAP security audits. /liliStrong knowledge of role‑based access control (RBAC) concepts. /liliExperience managing SAP user accounts, roles, profiles, and authorizations. /liliFamiliarity with key SAP security transaction codes such as SU01, PFCG, SUIM, ST03N. /liliExperience designing and implementing internal access controls. /liliUnderstanding of ITGC, SOX, and GDPR compliance frameworks. /liliExperience supporting internal and external audits. /liliAbility to implement Segregation of Duties (SoD) mitigation controls where conflicts exist. /liliFluent English. /li /ulh3Why this role matters /h3pYou will play a critical role in ensuring our SAP environment remains secure, compliant, and efficient, while enabling the business with the right access at the right time. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
