We are searching for our organization in Europe, and based in the Barcelona area , a: Customer Service Logistics Specialist Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, your main job will be to provide excellent customer service and make sure logistics operations run smoothly. You will help the company grow by making sure orders are processed correctly, deliveries are on time, and customers and internal teams are supported. Key Responsabilities: Customer Support: Be the main contact for customer questions about orders, deliveries, and products. Order Management: Manage the full order process, including entering orders, tracking them, and following up with customers. Internal Coordination: Work with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and Supply teams to process orders accurately and on time. Documentation: Prepare invoices, delivery notes, and other shipping documents. Transport Coordination: Organize and manage transport bookings to make sure deliveries are on time. Performance Monitoring: Check delivery performance and solve problems if there are delays or mistakes. Complaint Handling: Deal with customer complaints and returns, giving fast solutions and feedback. Data Management: Keep customer records and order history in the ERP system. Inventory Support: Help with inventory checks and stock reconciliation. Process Improvement: Work with the team to improve logistics processes and service quality. We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in customer service and logistics, with good knowledge of order management, invoicing, and transport coordination. Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Navision or Business Central, is required. You must speak English well, and other languages are a plus.
