Our client is an International Services Firm, Headquartered in Barcelona and with offices in the Middle-East. They offer their Middle-East clients a range of services such as Investment help, and Residency help through their Barcelona based team. It is a fast growing company, leader in its market, and expanding rapidly in middle-east countries. They are looking for an Immigration Lawyer (internal) to join their legal team to sustain their growth. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing immigration cases from start to finish, including initial case analysis, strategy, and final resolution. The role involves advising international clients and coordinating with other departments on multidisciplinary processes. You will work directly with international investors, entrepreneurs, professionals, and families relocating to Spain. Responsibilities • Provide legal advice and support to international clients regarding Spanish residency and nationality procedures., • Manage immigration cases from initial assessment to final resolution., • Handle residency applications including, but not limited to: • Non-lucrative residence visa, • Digital nomad visa, • Residence permits for highly qualified professionals - Investor residency (Golden Visa), • Self-employed residence permits, • Spanish nationality procedures • Prepare, review, and submit documentation before relevant authorities (Immigration Offices, Consulates, Civil Registry, etc.)., • Represent clients in administrative procedures and appeals when required., • Stay up to date with immigration regulations and administrative criteria., • Coordinate with other departments (real estate, investment, tax, etc.) in multidisciplinary client processes., • Provide clear, strategic, and client-focused legal advice in both English and Spanish. Requirements • Law degree obtained in Spain., • Bar membership in Spain., • Minimum 3 years of experience in Spanish immigration law, managing cases independently., • Practical knowledge of the main immigration procedures in Spain., • Advanced English level (minimum C1), both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus., • Strong organizational skills and experience working with international clients., • Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset., • Commitment to delivering high-quality legal service. Good to Have • Experience advising international investors, entrepreneurs, or remote professionals., • Experience with immigration procedures under Spain’s Entrepreneur Law (Law 14/2013)., • Familiarity with digital tools for document management and internal workflows., • Additional languages such as Persian or Arabic.
