WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? • +10y SAP BASIS Consultant, with a strong track record in project delivery and Level 3 support., • Proven experience with SAP BASIS administration, including HANA, SAP NetWeaver, ABAP, and JAVA components., • Hands-on experience with RISE with SAP migration projects and transitioning SAP landscapes to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)., • Proficiency in HANA and Oracle database administration., • Experience managing multi-landscape SAP environments, including system refreshes, upgrades, and support package applications., • Advanced skills in performance monitoring, tuning, and systems configuration., • Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration abilities., • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to new technologies., • Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders., • Plan, implement, and optimize SAP systems to meet evolving business requirements., • Lead RISE with SAP migration projects and manage SAP landscape transitions to cloud platforms, ensuring adherence to SAP Best Practices., • Act as a senior escalation point (L3) for complex technical issues, ensuring high system availability and performance., • Collaborate with ABAP developers, SAP functional teams, and infrastructure operations to gather requirements and provide technical guidance., • Manage multi-landscape SAP environments, including regular system refreshes, upgrades, and application of support packages., • Configure and maintain SLD, SOA, CUA, and SSO for seamless SAP integration and operations., • Research, design, and implement solutions for performance monitoring and tuning., • Lead incident management and support, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues and SLA adherence.
