BAM BAM DONER, empresa en crecimiento en el área de la hostelería y restauración busca un responsable de administración con experiencia en diversas áreas de gestión, recursos humanos, administración y contabilidad. El candidato ideal será un profesional con enfoque práctico, capaz de implicarse en un entorno dinámico y adaptarse a las diferentes tareas y áreas del negocio, con capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas. Descripción general Bam Bam dispone de 2 restaurantes en Barcelona que serán los lugares donde la persona deberá estar y se realizan todas las tareas administrativas relativas a nuestros 2 restaurantes que poseen un staff aproximado de 10 personas en total. La persona encargada de cubrir está vacante en Bam Bam se responsabilizará de la administración de las 2 empresas. Dará apoyo y reportará directamente al propietario en tareas administrativas diarias, cierres mensuales y control de los modelos de obligada presentación a la AEAT. Responsabilidades Contabilidad & Finanzas ● Conciliación y archivo de facturas de proveedores. ● Gestión de facturas a clientes. ● Supervisión de los cierres diarios de las cajas. ● Seguimiento de los ingresos. ● Junto con gestoría: cierres contables. ● Pedidos internos de material de oficina. ● Control de horas del personal operativo. ● Seguimiento del presupuesto. ● Control mensual de nóminas. ● Conteo de cajas **Impuestos y Legal** ● Soporte en fiscalidad; Supervisión y seguimiento de impuestos trimestrales, resúmenes anuales y declaraciones informativas así como de Seguros Sociales. (IVA, IRPF, Intrastat, Mod. 347...) ● Junto con Gestoría externa; Cumplimentación de las principales declaraciones a presentar ante la Administración Tributaria. ● Llevar actualizados los poderes notariales que correspondan de las sociedades así como toda la documentación legal que debe estar en los restaurantes. Seguimiento, actualización y gestión. **Administración** ● Tareas propias del puesto; gestión de correo electrónico, archivo físico y en nube de documentación. CANDIDATO Requisitos mínimos ● Grado Superior en Administración de empresas y/o Contabilidad. Título Universitario, es un plus. ● Experiencia mínima de 5 años como Administrativo contable ● Conocimiento de leyes en ámbitos de Hostelería y Restauración es un plus. ● Castellano hablado y escrito ● Manejo completo del paquete Office. ● Residir en Barcelona. Perfil ● Profesional : mayor de 25 años con experiencia demostrable de 5 años en un puesto similar ● Energía: Su energía es positiva, alegre, equilibrada y constante. ● Resolutivo: Es rápido y efectivo en la toma de decisiones y propone soluciones para que no aparezcan los problemas que las originaron. ● Comunicativo: Sabe trasladar la información de manera concreta, clara y se asegura que todas las partes interesadas la reciben. ● Estable: Constante, regular y en horario.
