Job Description:
As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our brunch restaurant. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving profitability through effective financial management. Key Responsibilities:









  1. Staff Management:

  4.   - Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  5. Financial Management:
  6.   - Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial success.
  7.   - Analyze sales data and control operational costs.
  8.   - Oversee inventory purchasing and control supply chain processes.
  9.   - Ensure daily cash handling and reconciliation are completed accurately.
  10. Customer Service Excellence:
  11.   - Ensure outstanding customer experiences and satisfaction.
  12.   - Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
  13.   - Organize events and special promotions to engage guests.
  14. Operational Oversight:
  15.   - Supervise daily restaurant operations to maintain efficiency.
  16.   - Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
  17.   - Enforce health and safety standards and hygiene regulations.
  18.   - Develop and implement opening and closing procedures.
  19. Marketing and Promotion:
  20.   - Implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  21.   - Manage social media presence and online reputation.
  22.   - Build successful partnerships with local businesses and organizations.
  23. Inventory and Supply Management:
  24.   - Manage inventory levels and oversee the ordering process.
  25.   - Maintain vendor relationships for quality product procurement.
  26.   - Ensure the highest quality standards are met for supplies received.
  27. Strategic Planning:
  28.   - Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
  29.   - Contribute to the development of long-term operational strategies.
  30.   - Provide regular reports and updates to ownership or upper management.
  31. Staff Development:
  32.   - Organize training programs and workshops for staff development.
  33.   - Foster a positive work culture and team spirit among employees.
  34.   - Motivate staff and support their career growth within the restaurant.
  35. Administrative Reporting:
  36.   - Maintain accurate administrative documentation and records.
  37.   - Prepare financial reports and conduct in-depth analysis.
  38.   - Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations governing restaurant operations.
  39. Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, financial management, and customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
