This time, we’re looking for a new adventure companion to join our IT Department as a Backend Developer at our HQ! What are we looking for? In addition, we are looking for someone who meets the following requirements: Proven experience in Oracle Hospitality environments (especially OPERA Cloud, OHIP, Simphony ). Knowledge of integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, OAuth2 , etc. Experience with hotel-related platforms such as CRM, RMS, or Channel Managers is a plus. Previous experience in hospitality integration projects, migrations, or centralized system deployments. Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, Postman, Swagger , etc. What You’ll Be Doing Leading integrations around OHIP , especially with Salesforce . Acting as the go-to person for API integrations between OHIP and platforms like OPERA Cloud, Simphony, Salesforce , and others. Coordinating work between developers, vendors, and business teams. Making sure data flows correctly across systems: reservations, guest profiles, check-in/out, revenue, etc. Keeping data consistent and reliable across all connected platforms. Documenting processes, integrations, and changes in a clear, practical way. Helping shape the architecture and roadmap of our Oracle Hospitality ecosystem. Supporting teams with training, change management, and post-go-live support. Ensuring integrations follow security and compliance best practices. Personal Skills Good understanding of how hotel systems and processes connect. Able to work with many different stakeholders. Proactive, independent, and results-driven. Clear communicator between technical and business teams. Analytical mindset with a focus on guest experience. Experience & Education Degree in Engineering, IT, Tourism with a tech focus, or similar. Around 4–5 years working with integrations in Hospitality environments. Experience in digital transformation or integration projects in hotels. Good level of English. What do we offer?
