Our mission is to simplify the relocation process by offering reliable, compliant, and affordable insurance coverage to students' specific needs. As we expand our presence in Spain, we are seeking a Business Developer with a strong commercial drive - someone eager to learn, travel, and grow in an international environment. 🚀 Your Mission Prospection & Business Opportunities 🎯 • Research and identify potential new business opportunities, especially institutional partners within the Spanish international education sector, • Conduct market research and analyze trends, student flows, and competitor offerings to assess the opportunities to grow, • Carry out initial contact with potential clients and generate qualified leads., • Build and strengthen relationships with universities, colleges, language schools, and study-abroad organizations, • Visit potential and existing partners across Spain to establish cooperation agreements, • Negotiate cooperation agreements and manage partnerships to promote health insurance products, • Develop local business development plan and report to Chief Business Development Officer, • Support the preparation and implementation of commercial action plans, monitor commercial performance and contribute to business growth, • Participate in student fairs, education expos, and other promotional events., • Support the management and collaborate with the compliance and operations teams to ensure our products and communication align with Spanish regulations and market expectations, • Report on KPIs, market developments, and client feedback, • Prepare market analysis and competitor benchmarking, • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field, • 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably within insurance, international education, or student mobility sectors, • Valid insurance distribution license issued by the Spanish insurance authority (Dirección General de Seguros y Fondos de Pensiones – DGSFP), or eligibility to obtain one., • Established network or experience working with Spanish educational institutions (universities, language schools, etc.) is a strong advantage, • Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken), additional EU languages are a plus, • Proactive, Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational skills, • Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives, • Opportunity to work in a growing international brand in a high-potential market., • Autonomy and flexibility in managing local operations, • Strong support from a professional, multilingual headquarters team Send your CV + relevant supporting documents!
