NTT DATA is looking for a ServiceNow CMDB-CSDM Analyst for one of our international clients. The CMDB/CSDM Analyst maintains the accuracy, integrity, and maturity of an organization's configuration data within ServiceNow, strictly aligning it to the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework. They analyze CI relationships, remediate data quality issues, and map technical assets to business services to support ITIL processes, security, and ITOM. This role is hybrid, requiring onsite presence in the Valencia office. Responsibilities • CSDM Alignment: Implementing and enforcing CSDM standards for Business Applications, Application Services, and Technical Services., • CMDB Health Management: Using CMDB Health Dashboards to detect and remediate duplicate, orphaned, or stale CIs., • Data Governance: Defining CI classes, attributes, naming conventions and relationships, and managing the lifecycle of data., • Discovery & Mapping: Managing and troubleshooting ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and data ingestion from third‑party tools., • Process Collaboration: Working with IT teams to align Configuration Management with Incident, Change, and Asset Management., • Documentation: Creating Data Dictionaries, data flow diagrams and maintaining documentation for CSDM modeling., • Managing configuration items and related changes to establish and maintain the configuration baseline in conjunction with process, platform and product owners., • Supporting Hardware and Software Asset management process owners with centralization, normalization, vendor and contract management to enable cost optimization and risk reduction., • Assisting in Discovery processes and schedules to ensure data is captured regularly with minimal errors directly into the CMDB., • Enabling Service Mapping to provide a service‑aware view within the CMDB., • Leading process workshops, defining requirements, and providing thought leadership with stakeholders., • Capturing business and user requirements and estimating effort to deliver solutions., • Identifying platform capabilities to meet business needs and estimating effort., • Following standard development and coding best practices, including Agile/Scrum concepts., • Designing and developing ServiceNow workflows and integrations according to project, process and customer objectives., • Assessing impact of changes and working with development teams to minimize technical debt., • Managing the pipeline of demand and ongoing development activities, reprioritizing new demand with the platform owner., • Conducting review, system design, test, verification and documentation activities., • Managing clone and promotion activities across environments, including update set management., • Investigating platform capabilities and delivering demos or proof‑of‑concepts as needed., • Working with IT teams to build and support existing and new integrations with various systems., • Identifying opportunities to improve and streamline platform performance., • Creating knowledge articles for internal sharing and for consumption by the IT Help Desk and End Users., • Assisting in roadmap planning based on platform capabilities against strategic business needs., • Assisting with annual upgrade activities and implementation, coordinating with stakeholders to keep the platform stable., • Providing platform operations and maintenance support; being available for off‑hour release deployments and support., • Conducting patching and remediation of security vulnerabilities.Qualifications, • Educational development, typically an advanced university degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline with a minimum of 4 years of professional relevant experience; or a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience., • 3+ years of relevant experience using ServiceNow., • 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow development including Business Rules, Glide, scripting, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and ACLs., • Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM (Discovery/Service Mapping), and CSDM Framework., • Domain expertise and practical implementation experience across multiple ServiceNow applications (e.g., CMDB, Discovery, ITAM, ITSM, ITOM)., • Understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and applications., • Strong ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends and remediate errors., • Experience designing and developing solutions with PaaS solutions such as ServiceNow in an Agile Software Development environment., • Experience configuring and maintaining MID Server., • Experience with Service Portal UI design and configuration., • Experience leading workshops to solicit requirements and explaining platform capabilities in layman’s terms., • Excellent documentation, interpersonal and communication skills., • Great ability to work in a fast‑moving environment with minimal supervision., • Good understanding of organizational change management and communication., • Often requires ITIL Foundation and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – CMDB or ITOM., • ServiceNow System Administration or Application Development or Implementation Specialist Certification., • ITILv3 or ITIL4 Certification preferred. xcskxlj, • Proficiency in English, as this is the main working language. #J-18808-Ljbffr
