ppToyota Automated Logistics, part of Toyota Material Handling Europe, is expanding its Strategic Collaboration team and looking for a Solutions Developer to support its growth across Southern Europe. /p pThis role sits at the intersection of engineering, consulting, and customer engagement. You will be responsible for designing and developing turnkey automated logistics solutions, translating customer needs into data‑driven, technically sound proposals. /p pYou will work on opportunities brought by the Toyota organization, engaging directly with customers from early stages to understand their operations, analyse data, and define the most effective automation concepts. While not a pure sales role, it carries a strong commercial and customer‑facing dimension, where trust is built through technical expertise and solution credibility. /p pAs a key partner to customers and internal teams, you will: /p ul liVisit customers to identify and qualify automation opportunities /li liAnalyse operational data and define solution alternatives and technologies /li liDevelop detailed proposals including budgetary presentations and CAD‑based designs /li liPresent and defend solutions with confidence and technical depth /li liCollaborate with engineering, sales, and central teams through the full sales cycle /li liNegotiate and support contract closure alongside business developers /li liContribute to market insight, networking, and industry engagement in Southern Europe /li liSupport the evolution of Toyota’s systems integration capabilities across the region /li /ul pSuccess in this role is measured by order intake and achievement of regional project targets. /p pYou will be part of a fast‑growing, medium‑sized team with a start‑up mindset, backed by the strength, training, and global expertise of Toyota.
