Under the guiding principle “Transform towards Delivery Excellence” , you take full accountability as Head of IT Delivery for shaping, steering, and continuously improving the performance of the IT Delivery organization during a phase of significant transformation. Acting as a central integrator across IT , you connect delivery execution with architectural direction, operational excellence, and business priorities. With high visibility and impact, the role offers the opportunity to shape end‑to‑end delivery capabilities and establish sustainable delivery excellence across the organization – a key leadership role ! Your new role • You own the strategy, setup, and continuous evolution of the IT Delivery organization , with a strong focus on operational stability, scalability, and transformation readiness, • You establish and continuously refine delivery standards, governance models, and delivery frameworks , ensuring predictable, resilient, and high‑quality IT delivery across services and initiatives, • You act as a strategic partner to business division heads , identifying and designing high‑impact initiatives, ensuring their successful end‑to‑end execution and are accountable for financial transparency and efficiency across IT Delivery, • You shape and govern sourcing strategies , including vendor and provider management, performance steering, and cost optimization across internal and external delivery models, • You lead, develop, and empower IT Delivery leaders and teams , building strong service ownership, delivery discipline, and a performance‑oriented culture through transformation and work in close collaboration with the wider IT organization Your strengths, • You have a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification and bring extensive leadership experience (10+ years) in IT delivery, IT operations, or platform‑oriented environments, within regulated financial services (Must-have!), • You have a strong track record in operating and evolving IT delivery and service organizations , combining operational excellence with transformation capability and possess deep understanding of IT service management, delivery governance, and modern delivery models , including agile and hybrid approaches, • You bring solid experience with budget, cost, and resource responsibility , combined with a pragmatic and transparent financial mindset, • You excel at motivating and leading teams through complex transformations , maintaining stability while driving change and continuous improvement and are comfortable operating in complex, regulated, and multi‑stakeholder environments, • Training opportunities, • Business bike, • Employee car leasing, • Open culture & diversity, • Employee awards, • Fitness & health, • 30 days of vacation, • 50% mobile work per month, • Drinks & food subsidy, • Team events, • Corporate benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
