Job description We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Expert Developer and Technical Consultant to support the implementation and lifecycle of a custom ServiceNow-based TV Release & Content Management System. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on development skills with solid experience in technical design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability, • Contribute to technical design and architecture within defined platform guidelines, • Configure ServiceNow using out-of-the-box functionality and custom development where required, • Design and develop custom applications, features, and extensions on client and server side, • Provide technical guidance on complex ServiceNow-related topics, • Develop ServiceNow portals including front-end (HTML, CSS, AngularJS) and back-end components, widgets, workflows, flows, and integrations, • Design and implement API integrations with external systems, • Ensure compliance with implementation standards and technical best practices, • Maintain, optimize, and enhance existing ServiceNow implementations, • Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions, • Support testing activities, rollouts, and hyper-care phases, • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a specialization in software development or a comparable qualification, • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including development and technical design responsibilities, • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities, • Strong JavaScript skills (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Glide API), • Expertise in Flow Designer and API integrations, • Practical experience with agile methods, • Expertise in CSDM / CMDB, • Expertise in Service Catalog, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on quality and stability, • Independent and reliable way of working, ability to think abstractly and good understanding of business processes, • Highly focused on quality, • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, • Very good English, • Good communication and interpersonal skills, • Flexible, self-motivated, and committed personality with stamina, who maintains an overview even in a complex environment, • Highest personal and professional integrity and strong work ethics, • Results orientation, willingness to commit to a direction and drive operations to completion Want to know more about us?
