Fuengirola
📍 This role is for Oro Negro, located in Calle Marconi 9, Fuengirola Mediterranean food cooked over charcoal. We're in a location with a lot of footfall, and we want someone who knows how to make the most of it — with elegance, without pressure. This role has two parts. The first is the street. The second is the floor. Both require the same thing: good presence and a natural way with people. What the job involves • You're at the door at the start of service — not to stop everyone who passes, but to create a natural point of contact. A smile, a word, information about what we offer. Nothing invasive, nothing aggressive, • You know how to present the product with confidence — "we have wagyu tonight, charcoal cuts, great for sharing" — in a way that sparks interest without pushing, • Once service is underway, you move to the floor — running plates, clearing tables, making sure guests are looked after, • You're the first contact many guests have with the restaurant. That carries weight What we're looking for • Natural presence and elegance — sales experience isn't the requirement, knowing how to carry yourself is, • Someone comfortable talking to strangers in a warm, non-invasive way, • Able to communicate what we do in a way that's attractive and direct, • Fluent English — a large part of the footfall is international, • Comfortable with basic floor duties — running food, clearing, looking after guests What we offer • A role with two sides — street and floor — that doesn't look like anything else, • A restaurant with identity and quality product that's genuinely easy to talk about, • A small, straight-talking team, • Remuneration according to experience If you have the presence and the drive, get in touch.
